I knew when I talked into the squawkbox and the person said the disapproving and critical things they were thinking out loud, I was in for a treat. I enjoyed the frankness of the manager talking smack on me for my order as I sat to pick it up. She thought I was a dasher or something and had a bit to say about the size of my order along with the modifications made to the items. I'm not mad because I've worked with the public and sometimes we make life miserable for service workers. Still, they got my order mostly correct and it was cold by the time I got it home 2 miles from the establishment with my floor heater firing on the bags at full blast. Again, it's a Wendys and it met my expectations. I'll be back in 6-8 weeks when my colon recovers and I want a fresh never frozen burger. Maybe @Wendys on Twitter will pick my comment to roast me back, but you got 5 stars for meeting expectations so that's 2 extra than I SHOULD give. No one really appreciates the star system so why do we do it? 3 stars should be expected as meets expectations not 5 because how do we rate really great service? Read moreThe Frosty"s have been on point lately!! They are seriously the best I've had from ANY other wendys. Sometimes you get them and they are kinda watery but the consistency is always perfectly creamy and delicious! l always get chicken nuggets and fries with my order and they are always hot and fresh! The new BBQ sauce is great as well. I love this Wendy's!
Edit: their customer service has been iffy for about a year now. I’m assuming it’s under new management- a few workers have an attitude, especially the man who is of a middle eastern decent- he ALWAYS rushes people while they’re placing an order at the drive thru (Sadly it’s not a one time thing either, you can hear him saying the same thing to the people ordering ahead of you- for example- Him: “ok... THATS ALL?” “Um no, I have a few more things...” (You say the next item) “Okay your total is ...” (???) “Um... I still have 2 more things to add?” then you can hear the frustration building in his tone. it’s incredibly rude and annoying. Read moreWent here got a number 2 large a lg chili 4 nuggets a jr cheese burger with ketchup and xtra pickles and a 4 piece kids meal with a chocolate milk got bbq sauce for the nuggets. pulled up to pay received my lg drink but no chocolate milk. was asked to pull up they dropped fresh fries food came out still no milk and no sauces when chocolate milk came was also told they made my sandwhich wrong and gave me the correct one but, no sauce asked for them the worker quickly fixed this. the problem lies with the manager pat who packed the food as she was careless and not friendly. When i got home the sandwhich that was incorrect wasn't even a burger it was a chicken sandwich and the bread for my number 2 was hard like it had been sitting out.
