Update: I originally left a wonderful review but shortly afterward my wife and I got very bad stomach upsets/diarrhea/nausea from the bubble teas (we have had nothing else to eat/drink for the last 6 hrs, it is definitely from these teas). I've never had this happen before from a drink. I hope management figures out why so this doesn't happen in the future. Please improve your hygiene practices.

First of all, the staff are SO kind and always have a smile on their face! If you want to know how much I love Co-Cool, first: the kind lady memorized my bubble tea order 2: Kop mall (where Co-Cool is located) is ⓉⒽⒾⓇⓉⓎ minutes away from my house!
