Co-cool Smoothies And Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Upper Merion Township

Update: I originally left a wonderful review but shortly afterward my wife and I got very bad stomach upsets/diarrhea/nausea from the bubble teas (we have had nothing else to eat/drink for the last 6 hrs, it is definitely from these teas). I've never had this happen before from a drink. I hope management figures out why so this doesn't happen in the future. Please improve your hygiene practices.

I have been going to Co-cool for quite some time now (I go almost every week sometimes twice a week) and manage to love their bubble tea every time! First of all, the staff are SO kind and always have a smile on their face! If you want to know how much I love Co-Cool, first: the kind lady memorized my bubble tea order 2: Kop mall (where Co-Cool is located) is ⓉⒽⒾⓇⓉⓎ minutes away from my house! Not only is their bubble tea amazing so is their smoothies! I recommend the strawberry banana smoothie! All of the drinks here are delicious and BIG! They give you what you pay for (plus the drinks are cheap in pricing!) first time i came a few years ago, the cashier misheard my order. i asked for a mango bubble tea with NO milk. when i told her it was the wrong drink, she rudely told me i had to pay again for the correct drink. i came back today to give them another chance at recommendation of a friend. i asked for a mango bubble tea, NO MILK. he gave me one with milk. when i confronted him about this, he said it’s “non-dairy milk”, which last i checked was still milk. i would be more understanding of this misunderstanding or language barrier if this wasn’t a matter of a dietary restriction, and if it didn’t happen multiple times. service was also very slow during the early hours in the middle of the week. the correct drink, that i eventually recieved,...
