This is maybe my 4th or 5th time here. Every time I come I tell myself it will be different and I really want to like it but EVERY single time I am so disappointed. BWW offers a solid product at a reasonable price but not at this location. Perhaps it’s the bartender? I have heard management try to “coach” her on one or two occasions. But is it really that hard to check in on your bar guests every 10 minutes or so? Every time I come it’s the same bartender and quite honestly, drying paint has more of a personality than she does. I’ve watched her ignore guests, mutter things about them under her breath, and just seem like she’s flat out disinterested and showing up for the shift suffices for the day. I’ve watched her sit and text/talk on her phone multiple times throughout the time I’ve been sitting here currently typing this review and am sure she has even gone to the patio side of the bar to go vape rather than pay attention to her bar guests. I’m not the only one who has looked around wondering where she was. Sad thing is, she could have easily rang up my tab by paying attention and letting me order more drinks or regular priced food as opposed to happy hour by what I’d estimate to be $20-30 more. You guys have cameras so I am sure you can always go back and look and whether that’s done or not is not my concern. I’ve included a photo of the bartender sitting and on her phone as I have sat here waiting for another drink. I know employees are hard to come by in this business as COVID changed everything but as someone who has been a salaried restaurant manager I would never allow the behaviors I have seen each and every single visit here to continue in any way, shape, or form. I hope you find this information useful and are able to build off of it. Another thing to note, as I’m paying my bill, I notice the charge is for Sauza tequila… I ordered captain Morgan drinks… I’m sure the price difference (if any) is negligible, however I imagine this will mess with your liquor costs. On a positive, the manager that I have had some interaction with (Batman type of tattoo on right forearm? I apologize if that’s incorrect) has...
Read moreFirst of all, I came in hoping to get—and looking forward to—a tall glass of Angry Orchard hard cider on draft…. but first thing I am told upon being seated is they are “out” of it. Our server proceeds to tell us that the supplier(s) “brought the wrong keg” but possibly management fubbed the order and that was just the party line (yikes). Our server was generally not good. This location was running a special for BOGO (free) boneless wings, and I also had a reward in my mobile app for BOGO 50% off appetizers. This was one of the main reasons we decided to go there for dinner that night. I asked our server if we could use both simultaneously, and she said she believed so, yes, or “most likely.” She offered to send the manager over to verify, and I said sure, thank you. The manager never came over once throughout our whole visit but, regardless, we placed the order based on this affirmation from our server. It wasn’t until she literally had all the food in hand (apps came out along w/ wings entrées and we realized she never asked if we wanted them out first) that she tells us we actually can’t use both discounts on the same order after asking the manager herself, but we accepted the whole order anyway… I mean, it had already been prepared and brought out to us. We had half of one of the two apps left at the end of the night that we took away with us and probably wouldn’t have included that in our order if we were given the right information tbh. Finally, at the end of the night, the server offered us a bag for our to-go containers and we said yes please… she never brought it. We signed the bill and ended up asking the pickup counter for one right before we got up to leave. Our server did come over promptly after that to apologize she forgot to bring it, which was nice, but neither here nor there really, since it was not the only issue we experienced that night. Overall, very disappointing, which sucks a little extra cuz I love their sauces. Guess I’ll just continue to stick to takeout from this store...
Read moreWe went on opening night, you almost expect there to a few bumps, but this was disappointing. The amount of employees crowding entrance is overwhelming in current conditions. We both tried to order burgers, done medium to which we were told its their policy that all burgers are well done. We said we needed a few more minutes because that changed things. We both ordered chicken sandwiches. On the menu both were described as breaded and fried, they both came out grilled. We waited a few minutes before someone finally asked if everything was OK since neither of us were eating. We mentioned the grilled chicken, she said you guys are right we will get that fixed. We had both ordered unsweetened iced tea, which barely tasted like tea. The server came over when my friend tea was half empty and said can I top that off for you, my friend said sure. We waited quite a while for our sandwiches to come out again especially considering there were only about 5 or tables seated in the place. They finally came out and honestly I feel like you get a better sandwich at chic fil A. One side of the chicken was quite thick and seemed almost under done, while the other side was very thin, and over cooked. At this point I asked for a refill of my tea, and the server says, oh just so you know refills aren't free. My friend said, I wish I knew that before you refilled mine. The server said he was sorry and would take it off the bill. I said I'll just have water. The server was apologetic, and very nice, but seemed like he just wasn't trained well at all. I would have expected management to be checking in on tables since it was their opening night. We would have filled them in. I genuinely felt bad for the server, he knew it wasn't a good experience but just didn't...
