I like the place I like the guy behind the counter very attentive look really hard to find comic books for indigenous people and he found a few I was very happy and satisfied with his efforts I even bought a comic book or two The store was very well taken care of very well kept and they had a wide variety of things comics etc need more comic books for indigenous people but I'm pretty sure it's not a good selling item so I understand why they don't carry it but he did have something for everyone and I found that to be extraordinarily unexpected and I appreciated it very much very nice shopping experience The guy was nice enough to offer additional knowledge about comic books that I was previously unaware of stories storylines characters etc that I might be interested in and was very upset he couldn't find it in his inventory because he knew for sure it was there at one point or another I found that to be awesome as well very knowledgeable salesperson I give two thumbs up and a big toe only because I only have...
Read moreI came here on a non-busy night an hour before close. The positive- It was really nice to see a back issue section, looked through for about 30 minutes- but couldn’t find anything to fill my collection. The negative- no greeting on entrance or even while I was waiting there when I made a purchase- even though I was in the store for about 45 minutes. Boxed stock & T-shirts on top of the back issues. I asked to buy a bag-and-board and was bluntly told there was none available to be sold after the aloof sales associate turned to a gigantic pile directly behind him. At a comic shop? No bags-and-boards? If comic shops want to succeed, they need to excel in basic customer service & human interaction even if it’s baseline- I received zero to none. This is why Amazon type retailers are doing better than brick & mortar stores. Do...
Read moreMy family and I were out on a trip and stopped by King of Prussia. This was my first time going there and was amazed by the size and then got excited of visiting this store. Me and my sister roamed around the entire place for hours just marveling at everything. I tried to look for Spider man graphic novels but because of the popularity brought by the No Way Home movie at the time, they were sold out. However, an employee by the name of Rob, kept giving me recommendations and was very pleasant to talk to. He is also very knowledgeable about the source material which was extremely awesome. I could tell he actively cared about his customers and wanted to give them an awesome experience. Overall, my experience there was magical, it was awesome to see the sights, but making connections with people like Rob is what makes this hobby of mine so awesome. Would highly...
