This was my second order, less than a month after the first. My first 6 Sactional seats and sides exceeded my expectations for quality, value, and speed. I was bowled over, and the whole modular concept really started sinking in. After arranging and rearranging my Sactional pieces several times, I decided to create a new, larger seating area. I consulted the website but found the terminology and ordering process confusing. Having no 3D imagination, I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. My first experience with the Lovesac store on Walnut Street had been overwhelmingly positive, and I remembered Wendy and Tori encouraging me to reach out anytime I needed help. Because they had made me feel supported and valued, I headed back there vs going to the King of Prussia store right down the street from my house. I explained my objective to Tori as best I could, and she spelled out exactly which pieces I needed to add. Then she simplified the process by placing the order for me on the spot and charging it right to my account. We talked, I signed, and I received the order confirmation, all within one hour. It couldn't have been easier, and Tori couldn't have been more helpful. I'm thrilled with my new den and pleasantly surprised that the Sactional has doubled my available seating (and added a comfortable new queen bed) but somehow created a more open, airy space. Read moreI want to say first that I love my sactional but I will never ever do business with this store again. Back in June we spoke with Chad who is the manager of the store, we already have a sactional is a den area and wanted to order another sactional for our living room. We ended up ordering one through him on July 4th weekend. The pieces came very quickly so we had our others sofas picked up and out to put the new sactional together. When we went to open the box I noticed it was the regular filled sofa and not the down like I told him I wanted. I immediately emailed him and was told to return everything except for the covers. We returned it all, my new seats came very quickly but my sides never came. I called the store multiple time and was told that Chad wasn’t available and he would call me back, he never did. I emailed as well, it took him weeks to reply. I ended up dealing with the 800 number to figure out what was going on. After Chad made the sale he didn’t care what was happening to us. Our den area where our other sactional is isn’t air conditioned so we have been sitting on the floor of our living room for over two months. We actually still don’t have the sides. Read moreI would’ve gave 5 stars but my experience wasn’t too good. Me and my boyfriend purchased a sac and the payment didn’t go through in their system but it took the money out of our card. And then it took a week for us to get notified after us calling multiple times that it didn’t go through. One manager said they would make up for it by giving us free 1 day shipping but when we went to the store to start the process over a different manager didn’t really wanna honor that promise. It’s frustrating because we could've been got our love sac and although it wasn’t their fault it was the systems fault you would think they would work with us on something.
