The Wawa in King of Prussia is my very favorite Wawa, hands down! The AGM, Kyle Bagley, really cares about his store and making sure everything and his customers are very well taken care of. The store is very clean and always stocked up. He also pays attention to everything you say and is very kind and considerate. Kyle is amazing and an asset to your organization, as I am sure you well know. He is the reason, I love that store! I am very glad that he's there! And I believe he should be fast tracked higher up! Even when you talk with him, you can see that he pays attention to what is happening in the store, while listening attentively to what you are saying to him. He doesn't miss anything! I have never seen a busier or well run Wawa than the King of Prussia store. And I have never seen Kyle frazzled with the sheer volume of people coming in the store. Again, he is amazing. Everything is expensive enough, anyone spending money is expecting products for thier money, I get it, but when you are constantly getting shorted, with the same product, what are you supposed to do? Ik I should have looked before I left but I didn't because I was in a rush. 13$ for a FAMILY SIZE MAC AND CHEESE, AND THEY CAN'T EVEN GET THAT RIGHT. Read moreLast night, on Monday June 27th, 2022, I had made a very bad customer service experience at that wawa on Dekalb pike in kop. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich supposing to be hot but it was cold. The food was prepaid based on the system and menu. I did complain about the kind of service but the employee ignored me like I am nothing. I stood right before the counter for about 10 mn waiting for my sandwich to be baked or at least warm, nothing has been done as requested. I was ignored. So I was forced to higher my voice asking to see a manager for help, and finally someone from the back office apparently to be the manager coming over and assisting me afterwards. Wawa needs to manage and reorganize their online computer system to ordering food inside for the customer's preference. They cannot serve you food however they want. Their menu is not...
