ALDI — Local services in Upper Merion Township

I have always liked shopping at Aldi, it seems like a stocked store with good prices, the only unpleasant thing about this Aldi store located in King of Prussia PA is its employees, they are unpleasant, poorly educated, they mistreat their customers and also Racists, I really don't understand why these types of people work in supermarkets like this and in an area that they very well know is full of foreigners. Today, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, I had the worst experience with the only cashier who was closing the store. at 7:55pm, he treated me with racism without allowing me to exchange the empty cart for the cart that had my products once they had been checked in, which is the way cashiers normally work, this man (if you can call him "man") He told me to take my products out of that cart and place them in the other empty one, speaking to me in a bad way, without saying "please" and also all this in front of the other customers, who were waiting in line to be served, I feel very Disappointed and I will never return to this Aldi store and I will tell whoever I can to avoid going so that they do not have such a degrading moment, full of racism...

First time shopping at Aldi. I guess I had unrealistic expectations based upon all the hype and over the top coverage provided by their successful PR efforts. The store itself was very clean and particularly well-stocked. The produce, however, looked for the most part on its last legs. I don't care to purchase brown bananas or soft apples. Veggies were so-so. I guess that's the compromise consumers are supposed to make for price. I don't choose compromise freshness for price. Dry and canned goods were all very reasonably priced. Chicken stock, which I buy regularly to make gravy for my dogs dry food was half the price with an identical ingredient list to the Wegman's brand. It wasn't overly loaded with sodium. The frozen food selection was very impressive. I just didn't need anything so I can't comment. The junk/homegoods isle was just that, junk. The prices were higher than you would expect. Walmart would probably fo better. Generally speaking it was ok. I may go back. It's not going to be incorporated into my shopping rota. Which does include Trader Joe's. This is no way a...

When you work at a register or running people out. Your job is to greet people as well and at the end ask them if they want their receipt. It's part of the job. All because I Come in to buy things in pajamas doesn't mean that you can treat me as if you can treat me as a person that stole something. You greeted everyone politely carried a whole conversation with the person behind me that was literally so close that she could kiss my back, Thank you or have a good day or would you like your receipt?
