We got delivery last night from bonefish grill using door-dash. There were issues with both the quality and quantity of the food. We got the Chilean sea bass and the cod, both with a seafood “stuffing”, which was actually a topping. The topping was a breadcrumb and tiny shrimp mixture with way too much hot sauce in it. The shrimp were rock hard-overcooked. The hot sauce overpowered the delicate flavors of the otherwise nicely cooked cod and sea bass. The broccoli was fine. The mashed potatoes looked and tasted like pasty bland instant potato buds. (Not very nice) The side of coleslaw was an embarrassing wee little 2 tablespoons of a mix of gray old vile stuff. The crab chowder was a tiny portion that was way over seasoned with the aforementioned heavy hand of hot sauce. (We like hot sauce, however a dish should never have so much added that it is the main flavor.) The brownie dessert came in two tiny broken pieces and was just ok. Since my hub and I both work in hospitality/food businesses, we discussed the Door-dash issue, as it relates to the decrease in profitability for the food service industry. We feel that the food portions may have to be decreased in size in order for restaurants to use Door-dash and still survive. That being said, we have been to Bonefish Grill several times and always enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We are hoping that this one experience was an anomaly.

Mixed feelings. . .1st timer. Food overall was GOOD. Not outstanding & certsinly not sub-par. Our server (Liz) was on point, so her tip was definitely more than the dining experince warranted. Bang-Bang Shrimp- was tasty, but not sure pairing atop Romaine was best combo(ehh). Coconut Tai shrimp-nice. Corn chowder/crab soup. . . Sorry, thats a fail- too thick & while I'm sure it wasn't, tasted like canned that was "zhooshed up". Tried Granny's rainbow tout-nice presentation, but looked like it was "butterflied"? (meaning really thin) which means more than a few minuets on the grill = dry; which it was. Had potential to be REALLY good. Got the Georges Bank(K9s hrimp/scallop)- was cooked perfectly, but unfortunately rather bland (& I like to taste my food, not seasonings so if its bland to ME. . .) Tasted hubby's Lily Chicken(?) Best entree I tested, his brussel sprouts were FABULOUS, better than my receipe I will admit (think it was the aioli sauce). Oh!!! And- got the crème brülée (to go) so maybe thats why it looked so sloppy, but REALLY??? It tasted decent, but left me feeling like. . . Bottom line for a party of 7- the $365 plus $60 tip, just didn't quite match the meal. Pic is of the Imperial something, was a pretty dish (hey presentation coints too), very rich & I definitely enjoyed it. (A bit salty so have water if thats an issue for you).

Sometimes you look on google & check the ratings for restaurants and look at their menu to see if it sounds appetizing.. well this one nailed it. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing! From calling to book a last minute reservation, to walking in and being welcomed with a warm greeting, to the comfortable seating, I highly recommend with a 10/10. Starting with the appetizer ( the bang bang shrimp & cheese dip n chips — just BOMB!) down too our main entree. Service was super fast, food was hot and still delicious. Our waitress Myla was phenomenal, super sweet, and very informative. She gave us her honest opinions and checked on us often — she was great! I even told her to let the chefs know they did their thing, that’s how delectable it was. Hands down best first experience for sure, we’ll definitely be a returning customer. Every penny worth it I promise!

This location totally disappointed me due to the fact that I love bonefish Grill and normally I go to the location and Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, but me and my dad was in this area and I wanted bonefish Grill so we decided to make reservations and have cocktails and dinners together Upon arrival we decided we wanted to sit at the bar which we did. There were about four coworkers just standing in aisle while on duty in between the dining area and kitchen area just literally bussing it up like they had no job to do. They were super loud just cracking up laughing loud, but that wasn’t even an issue cause I didn’t even care I just wanted to eat.,The problem started to come when our cocktails came I received my cocktail and after a couple sips, I noticed my cup looked dirty. I asked my dad does this cup look dirty only because also at the bottom it was very sticky every time I sat it down my napkin kept sticking to it, and I had to like peeling whatever stuck to the glass off. My dad said it’s probably just the color from the drink 🍷 and not worry about it so I ended up just putting a straw in the glass and drunk my sangria. We ordered a dip I believe it was a lobster dip which was OK not too bad flavor was good but then after afterwards we wanted to leave and just take food to go due to the weather so we decided to order filet mignon with crabcake and mac & cheese dad ordered I believe a stuffed cod or something like that to go And I ordered a slice of cheesecake to go. When we got back to our home to sit down and eat dad and I was so disappointed and shocked. First of all the filet mignon was the size of a toddler and it was overcooked when I specifically asked for a medium rare And it was dry no flavor no seasoning no nothing then dad tried the mac & cheese that was super dry no seasoning no flavor. Heck, no cheese basically they gave us noodles and butter. We were so upset that we didn’t even try the stuff cod or fish whatever dad got because the other food was so bland that we just already knew it wasn’t gonna be good, and then the fish was like the size of a toddlers hand with all this stuffing just piled up on it. I’m a share a pic about that. So all in all service cool experience OK food zero out of 10 I won’t recommend. I don’t know if they was just messing with us because I read the reviews before I went and again before I made this review and it seems like everybody else food was lit 🔥 and tasted good so I don’t know if they was just messing with us or the cook was in a bad mood that day or nobody just didn’t give a damn nor wanted to do their job, but y’all need to work on how to cook food better and seasoning because there’s no way mac & cheese should be tasting like y’all just boiled noodles and poured into a whole container. This is why I gave one star...

I recently came to this restaurant on a Sunday and the hostess told me it would be a 30 minute wait. My parents and I waited well over 30 minutes only for me to go back and inquire about our table. The one hostess told me a couple more minutes and then the original hostess who took my name and number told me rather unbothered or unapologetic that it would be an additional 20 minutes. My issue is that she knew from the beginning it would be almost 50- to an hour wait, but instead of being forthcoming she lied and was not honest. Give your patrons the option if they are willing to wait. After waiting the extra timing we were seated right by the door with all the cold air coming through. Now, our waiter Tom was very pleasant. He served my mother her coffee in which she said was very delicious. Thanks Tom and thanks for all those who come to work and serve. I truly appreciate you. I am very aware and understanding that everywhere there’s a shortage of workers, however if your attitude is not right please stay home especially if you are the first person patrons see when they come into an establishment. And on top of this, they ran out of bread. Felt like adding salt to injury. I was highly disappointed and most likely will not come back to this particular location however will continue to travel to the KOP location. My suggestion is for this location to be more intentional with those they hired. I hope that you find more pleasant, well rounded, and approachable.

Happy...
