I would give this staples NO stars if i could. The āSupervisorā DJ was absolutely appalling! I go to Staples all over this city to ship packages for my Medicinal business. Especially this location. Usually my experiences are smooth and great until I interacted with a āsupervisorā by the name of DJ. There was no line in the print department. I asked for one page to printed out in color. Plain color. No edits whatever. I was told that there was a 24 hour wait due to so many āorders in queā in a high-pitched, patronizing & descending voice. I was then instructed to log onto their staples self service computer & do it myself. So I attempted to do so, which required more time & more money but there were blockers on the computer that kept me from opening my file. So DJ came over with the same condescending tone claiming to āhelp.ā The time it took for her to āhelpā she couldāve just used to print out one sheet of paper like i patiently & originally asked. It wouldāve taken alot less time and allowed her to get back to her high āorder que.ā While trying to navigate her own staples self service computer; she began condescending again Asking me if i knew how to print the document. Then claiming she doesnt know how too. Nothing ever got printed out. Another instance (same day), i asked to use tape to tape on shipping labels (myself) ; i also asked if they had label pockets . I had about 8 packages and wanted to save them time and have it all ready to scan in. She refused to give me tape and kept saying how they can tape them instead ( which wouldāve atleast taken 30 minutes away from her ābusyā order que). I explained how i usually do this to save time (especially because of her own explanation of making me wait 24 hours for a sheet of paper ). She patronized me again and refused to give me the tape. Stating that they will tape my packages themselves once again. DJ condescended & patronized me until it became unbearable and i was forced to leave the store with the same packages i went there to ship. Unhelped. And With out my color print. I was not refunded for the Self Service Computer time. Being someone who used to work in a staples in the print department, this was the worse experience and example of customer service iāve ever seen. I am astonished that this individual has been chosen to reflect the store as a āsupervisor.ā This āSupervisorā was so proud of her behavior display, she even offered us her card as a souvenir when we went to search for the manager. She even followed us around the store while we searched for the manager. When we finally spoke to the manager; Even the manager defended & made excuses for this behavior . I will no longer be conducting any further business at this Staples location and will make sure to let all my business contacts know of DJās services & how it reflects the values of...

I walked into the store with a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer that I need to send back for service. Samsung provided the UPS shipping label and this staples has a ups shipping center.
I no longer have the original box, and since the sound bar is so long and the devices are fragile, I decided to buy new packaging from this staples/ups store to ensure my devices would remain intact.
As I arrived to the store, it is moderately busy... but certainly not slammed. Two associates were behind the counter of the āshipping departmentā; there was nobody in line in front of me, but they were clearly working on something... so I stood patently for a few minutes. Eventually one of the guys looked at me... looked around to see if anyone else was going to help me so that he could continue to do his task... when he didnāt see anyone, he raised a finger to indicate that I should wait a minute. (We were about ten feet apart, he could have said āI will be right with you...ā or any other type of thing, instead of the āwait a minute fingerā. ) I nodded and waited.
After this he walked over and said āare you picking up a delivery?ā I said, āno, I need to ship this back to Samsung, they provided me with a label, so Iād like to buy the professional packaging and wrap and thingsā. He looked at the sound bar and sub woofer and said, āyou need to get the box and stuff from over there firstā, while pointing behind me towards a separate section of the store. After he ended his sentence, he looked at me and gave me a nod, as if to indicate this was the end of our conversation... then he turned and walked away. At this point I told him that we were off to a rough start with customer service...
As I got to the boxes, none would work well to ship the long sound bar and the large sub woofer in a single box... as I expected, and why I had hoped to speak with a shipping associate to point me in the right direction. At this point I decided that my best option would be to leave and consider shipping with FedEx... as Iāve used the FedEx store that is located directly next to this staples many times with a positive experience. However, since Samsung is paying for ups, I will look for a different location and hope I receive much better and more appropriate help from the next associate I meet.
Iāve never had a good experience st this location and I donāt plan to come back... even if I have to drive much further to get the same things this...

I was coming from a nursing school close by preparing for a graduation last minute and quite anxious about the different parts that were going into making this happen for the students tomorrow.
Dj was not only an informative, kind and helpful, but she was able to manage all of that me and the customers with a smile on her face. She has inspired me to never give up even on the hard days. To be busy with Grace, And I swear the entire time I was there everyone was like thank you Dj. Youāre the best Dj. It was truly an honor to be serviced by her. She understood all of her questions never got impatient and helped us out patiently THE ENTIRE TIME!!! I have never been somewhere where they did not let the customers the busyness and the multitasking get in the way of their customer service, but Dj was able to do all of this and service and the day with the smile on her face and on our face.
From the bottom of our heart, thank you so much for your customer service today to me and the other people in Staples you have made me want to call the Staples my home and come to this establishment for all of my printing or school needs.
