2 days in a row I ordered a corn muffin and a coffee. 1st day I pull up to the window and they handed me my coffee and credit card but no corn muffin. The window closed. I waited for someone to open again and I asked what happened to my corn muffin. They said they don't have any more. It would've been nice for them to say something when I ordered it. 2nd day I ordered the same thing, but asked first if they had corn muffins. They said yes. So I proceeded with the usual order and went to the window. AGAIN, I'm handed my coffee and credit card and window closed. I waited until they opened up again and I was asked if I needed something. I said yes, the corn muffin. She said I didn't order a corn muffin. I told her i asked through the intercom if they had it and was told yes. So I handed her my card again and was charged for the corn muffin. It took them long to give the corn muffin. She handed me a bag and she folded it closed. I found that strange. When I was about 10 miles out I opened the bag to eat my corn muffin and I was given a BEAT UP MUFFIN, AND IT WASN'T EVEN CORN MUFFIN!!!!!! (See picture)This was my go to place every morning. I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a Medium iced coffee, black, with hazelnut swirl and asked the girl if she could put a little extra hazelnut in the coffee. She first confirmed my order as a iced coffee with hash browns and I said no, extra hazelnut, so she asked how much and I said maybe like half a pump? When I drove up they handed me a SMALL iced coffee with like 3 ice cubes in it. I told the girl no I ordered a medium so she poured the small into a medium cup and added more coffee to it. When I tasted it there was practically no flavor so I told her. She and the other workers got upset AT ME! She was very rude and said, what is the problem here? you ordered a small with a half pump of hazelnut. Uh, no I did not. I repeated my order to her at the drive through before even driving away. Absolutely rude, and just threw my coffee at me basically saying nothing. No apologies. So unprofessional....
Read moreService is usually fine in the drive thru, but the employees usually don’t wear masks, which is bothersome. Decided to switch my order up today and got an iced coffee with no ice instead of a hot coffee, since I like it room temperature anyways. That with my bagel and cream cheese totaled more than $8! When I asked for a receipt, it showed a $1.25 charge for no ice. How ridiculous! I used to be a manager at a Dunkin’ and I have NEVER seen something like that. I imagine it’s to compensate for the extra room in the cup, rather than leaving empty space, but to charge that much more is absurd! The proper thing to do is to inform the customer that the cup will look less full, but that it’s the same amount of coffee, not to charge extra. I didn’t ask for the cup to be filled to the brim, and would have been happy with an extra inch or two of space at the top, since I know that’s the policy. I’ll stick to my regular...
