7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Urbana

Not sure what's been going on at 7 Brew at Broadway & University but service has definitely gone downhill. I arrive at 710am, about the same time as I arrive every morning. I'm second in line, but for some reason I wait 15 minutes before I can leave with my 1 drink. The car ahead of me had 2 hot drinks, possibly made incorrectly because they were returned and remade. I watch every single car behind me, at least 7 cars in the two lines, have their orders taken leaving me wondering if I've been forgotten. Finally I pull forward and they offer me a drink I did not order, they graciously allow me to order and the ipad doesn't work. So I wait while they get another. Conversations happen, I watch, I wait, eventually my order is taken and I wait. And wait. My drink has arrived! Not the right size? I'll take it, wtf just let me leave. Oh, I don't get a choice? Okay cool, I'll wait longer as my drink is remade by a clearly put off barista. 15 minutes. I arrived second in line and I waited 15 minutes before I could leave. Felt like I was at...

I'm addicted to their flavored iced tea. My go to is blackberry flavoring, and it is the best. I also like the energy drink brewberry. I'm not a coffee fan, but they have options for me.

Edit 03/22/2024: I would give this place more than five stars if I could. Also, I have a new flavor combination that is my favorite. It is called "Midnight Rain," and is a mix of blueberry and blackberry. I had it in an energy drink, and it was beyond delicious. Starbucks? What's that?

I’m disappointed in my visit today. I spend a decent amount of money here and normally everyone is very nice. Today I got there just before 7:00pm for their 2 medium drinks for $8 deal and waited in line. By the time I got up there to order, it was 7:00pm on the dot. I asked for the deal and she went and asked someone if I can still get the deal and she came back and said no. By that time, it was 7:01pm and I said it’s literally a minute later and I was in line before 7:00pm. I was denied anyways. For the amount they charge me for drinks every other time, I’m very disappointed that they wouldn’t honor the deal price. If people were in line before 7:00pm, they should have gotten the deal in my opinion. I honestly may not go back for a while...
