I wouldn't work or eat there Harassment/discrimination,bully, child abuse

My children were wrongfully terminated and harassed,discriminated,threatened ,child abuse, illegal retailition,bullied by Gene/Jean a ""manager"" for the 3rd time and her side kick employee Mary. Both are Adults and my kids are minors. Put my kids out with no where to go for no reason and not allow them to call me and they do know where they where at and afraid and then some. All because she has a very bad attitude, bad day, every time she comes to work,brings her personal life in to work and takes it out on kids. Gets in my kids face as to hit them and threaten to call the police ,has them working and no breaks given, continued to harass them after you wrongfully terminated them,had them working still and didnt tell them you clocked them out. I'm/we are at a loss of words at Wendy's, Wendy's representation of this and supporting this behavior from these two people from Mary and Gene. THEY need to be fired! God will be dealing with both of you and see all three of you in court! Wendys ,Mary,Jene/Gene

I am filing a lawsuit against Wendy's and her as well. Emotional stress,pain&suffering, harassement,discrimination, loss of wages,medical fees,counseling bill ,traumatized them and more. Location of Wendy's is Urbana, Illinois (505 N Cunningham ave.) They are still working there unacceptable Wendys. Retailate to another employee and say just because you know her and with her ,fired wow. ANOTHER Wrongful termination. Glad the police gave my lawyer the footage and opt to testify against you and how you clearly have anger issued and told my child to over excessively be a slave and clean the entire wendys! Behavior of these two was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, immature Ignorant and absurd. Police were called on my kids for no reason at all, to have my kids arrested, they don't know where they at,lost, new to town and you attack them like that, wow. I'm livid and they are traumatized from this. The two need to be fired IMMEDIATELY. I want discharge papers ,their money and the reason should match up to what she told the police and as the detective informed me l,he has it on his camera and her saying fired for a attitude. No! Gene who needa to take that horrible synthetic detoriating wig off that don't go and need to wear a hair net,that no employee wears over making food,( health and sanitation) constantly brings her personal life to work and takes it out on the employees. I could say so much more,I really could. You have been doing this since they started,harassing them,threatening them, not allowing them breaks when they work 8 hours,thats illegal.

I expect to be hearing from a real district manager and not the one that is friends with her and Supports her ignorance, unprofessional behavior. You all will be hearing from my lawyer either way. This is...

Honestly this place needs to reconsider their workers or training process. I went to get 4 happy meals(two chicken nuggets, two cheeseburger, all with fries and milk). I am the type of person that will write it out so I can clearly communicate what I want without forgetting anything. The worker taking my order needed like 5 minutes to get the order because she just could not comprehend what I was saying. Like I feel like saying 'two kids 4pc chicken nugget meals with ranch, fries, and milk" is comprehensive enough to put it into the computer. But she needed to go through every single step confirming, I want a kids meal, confirming I want the chicken nuggets, oh you want regular or spicy nuggets, confirming I want fries, confirming I want milk, and then start the whole process over for the 2nd meal that is the EXACT same as the first. I literally almost left before finishing the order. Then they take payment, and several minutes later I receive two of the kids bags, and they say have a nice day. I say I am missing two kids meals and the milks and they tell me to drive up. 10 minutes later they come out with the other two kids meals and she basically throws them at me and runs back inside before I can say anything. Left without the milk because I was to annoyed at that point to try to get anything from them. We get home and look into the bags and are very very deeply confused. I ordered 4 kids meals which should include(2 4pc chicken nuggets,2 ranch cups, 2 cheeseburgers, 4 fries, 4 milks, 4 toys) I do not remember what was in each bag exactly, but what I ended up with was; 4 cheeseburgers, 4 4pc chicken nuggets, 1 ranch, 1 BBQ, 1 honey mustard, 1 sweet and sour, 1 ghost pepper ranch, 3 fries, 0 milks, and 4 toys. Just all around not worth my time or headache...

Wendys never disapoints, usually. Today they did. Went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 of the 4 for 4 deals. Fries were old and cold and the nuggets were barely warm. So I park and go inside. Asked the people for fresh food please as my nuggets and fries were cold. They didn't believe me so 3 different employees put their bare hands into the nag of food to see if I was lying. Finally the manager asked me if I wanted fresh food. Um, yeah that's why I came in and I'm not taking back the food that everyone has touched. So they begin remaking my food. Except the hamburgers. They left those sitting on the counter. I asked the manager if he could at least put them under the heat lamp so they'd stay warm while I wanted the 5 mins it's take for fresh fries and nuggest. While waiting one drive thru employee dropped the f bomb several times. An employee in the kitchen stood there with his gloves on eating chicken nuggets right out of the PHU. Then went on to making sandwiches with put changing his gloves. Then he came up to the customer counter and leaned on it with his hands down on the counter, still in the same gloves. The he proceeded to flip off the girl in drive thru. The whole time all of this is going on, the manager in charge is working on what I think was a broken tea pitcher and completely oblivious to how his employees are behaving.
