Filthy dining room, filthy restroom, sticky floors, unsanitary handling of drinking cups, no Arby's Sauce in the dispenser, Went up front to tell them the dispenser was empty. We were given packets. Noticed on the way back that there were many packets sitting on filthy tables.
The food came ice cold when we were the only people inside the restaurant and there were onesie-twosies at the drive-thru.
The order-taker had his head buried in his phone; we were interrupting him to take our order. Later, he was scratching his head and pulling at his hair next to where the food was placed in bags for take-out while again with his head buried in his phone.
No one is in charge here. I spoke to someone who made eye contact with me. No apology, just blank stare. He said he would fill the dispenser with sauce. I was furious. I did not handle it well.
Where do you find these people?
No males with long hair had hairnets in food prep area.
We've returned to this location three times to give it a chance. No improvements.
I've contacted Arby's about cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms and the poor employee hygiene via their website. No response.
I can't recommend that anyone get food from here, not even drive-through. Yeccch.

The nice young man apologized, but the female manger made snide remarks like "they're gonna have to wait longer." When our food came, the nice young man offered us a cookie to apologize for the wait, then the female manger chewed him out in the back (but we could hear) because we hadn't waited long enough to "deserve" anything, he had to tell her he'd take it out of his paycheck, poor guy. đ© We didn't ask for anything and weren't mad, he was just trying to create a better experience. She clearly didn't care about customers or employees, and we got to listen to her complain about everything during our entire visit as we ate in.
