I did not get both of the girls names working behind the counter, but they were both very friendly. I was very impressed with the woman taking the orders at the counter, there was a customer in front of me who was very interested and inquisitive about the different menus options and juice bundles. The girl at the counter was very patient, knowledgeable and informative to the customer. I respected and appreciated that because I have been there before. I noticed the other customer had many questions and quietly stepped aside to place my order through the application. Not to rush anyone as I was in no hurry, but just so I could scroll through and make sure I ordered everything I needed.
When everything was all caught up the girl who was running the counter handed me my juice, she was very friendly and the juice was fantastic! I enjoyed talking to her while the other girl was making the food on my order with care, she was also very friendly and the food turned out amazing. I prefer the Shelby Township location because I always have a good experience here. I never go in in a hurry and understand it takes time to prepare such delicious healthy food while taking care of customers with a good, bright, positive attitude. Even though there is a location closer to my house, I prefer this location and do not mind the extra drive for the quality of product they put out, and their wonderful customer service. I won’t go as far as to name employee names on this forum, but as someone who works with the public myself, I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and unkind the 2 women were to me when I stopped in on the morning of Black Friday. The place was dead when I walked in to order a smoothie…so no excuse like ‘they were overwhelmed or overly busy’. The one looked over at me when i walked through the door and I said good morning - she didn’t respond! The scowl on her face was obvious when she took my order. As I was waiting for my drink, I asked a question about the juice shots because there wasn’t any information on the tiny bottles nor was the website able to provide any insight. Their responses ‘I have no clue.’ I was about to spend some extra money on the shots and bottled drinks but changed my mind because I didn’t want to support a business that had those two people working the front line! We accidentally doordashed our order from Hall Rd this evening instead of 23 mile road. We LOVE Beyond Juicery and eat it 3 to 4 times a week. What we received tonight was a disgrace. My husband drove to your establishment and requested a new bowl...he was refused by the manager who was called by the 2 young girls working there, nor would they refund our money.
He left and reordered from 23 mile road. I have a picture so show the stark difference. Many of the items we paid for werent even in the bowl. Buyer beware of this location. I can assure you, I will be posting this all over Facebook and Instagram.
