I used to be a frequent regular here, but I will never spend my money here again and I actively encourage my friends and anyone else reading this to go elsewhere. Apparently, ordering within an hour of closing is such a horrible offence to them that they will tamper with your food. I bought a large ny round and a calzone, only to discover that they put a literal leaf in my pizza. Like they went outside, got a leaf off of a tree or the ground or something, and stuffed it partially under the cheese. My calzone was supposed to be carnivore with meatballs, like I always got, but this time it was utterly crammed with mushrooms, but they were hidden under the cheese and away from the rest of the toppings so I didn't know until I bit into it. This is how you treat your regulars? I was fine with over paying for the pizza here at first because they seemed like a quality restaurant, now I understand it's no different than little ceasars from the hood. When my little sister went to pick it up for me (I was sick at the time) they were rude to her and glared at her just because she had a mask on.

To the owner and anyone else who might think I'm lying, I have proof. I have the date of the purchase, the card used to get it, the exact amount I paid for it as well as several family members who were equally upset. By the time we realized the food wasn't trust worthy, your store had already closed and wouldn't answer the phone. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture before we threw it out. You took $41.44 on 4/20/21 from me and gave me the middle...

Really wanted to love this place because I love brick oven pizzas. However, and perhaps this is my fault for not clarifying the price, I did not expect it to cost $71 for 2 pizzas. The pizzas are also on the smaller side, they only have one size. The brick oven ones could feed 2, maybe 3 people each. I was not even really sure what I paid so much for as the recipt shows nothing but the price i paid, which included a extra fee for credit card use, which I wish they had mentioned was a thing so I could have brought cash. This was my first time here. I will say the brick oven pizza was pretty good, 4/5 for that one. Sadly the chicago style pizza, which they said takes 35-45 mins to make, must cost a lot more than the brick oven pizza and it was waaaay too cheesey. I am someone that loves cheese but it was really too much, could have used a lot more pepperoni. Overall, i would go again, but I would stick with just the stone oven pizza...

Got a chance to visit this place tonight. There was no table available and my wife, kids and me decided to order three pizzas for takeout. I was told it will take about 15-20 min. We have been waiting in the car. When I came back to pick up the pizza one of the tables was available and I did ask waitress if we can stay and eat. She said sure, and because kids were already really hungry we stayed and ordered something to drink. In a few minutes after we sat down the lady came and said she is the manager here and what ever we just did they don't accept. If we order take out we can't stay because it messed up their job. She spoke loud enough, so other people were staring at us. I am not the cheap person who is trying to do not pay tips. It was just a particular situation. Instead of "bon appetit" we got this experience. Definitely need customer service improvement! Pizza was...

THIS is the pizza I've craved, though I've never been here before! As soon as I landed at the airport, I placed a takeout order and picked it up as planned, an 1hr later! It worked out perfectly! Sooo glad I didn't stop at a burger joint as my growling stomach requested en route. 12" NY round: mushroom, black olive. $18-ish It's my go-to order around the US. Crust is chewy, cooked through, slightly firmer on the bottom, with crunchy/ chewy pizza bones. (I'm not from around here, that's the edge of the pie that give it support) The toppings were not skimpy. The mushroms - real, not canned. This sauce and cheese give it that honest pizza taste that the big chains just can't compete with. Yum.

Tivoli's is always great. Their food is fresh, light & authentic. We love Their meatballs with sauce & fresh mozzarella, their house salad with roasted red peppers & Green olives and their wood fire thin crust pizza. We had chicken, Artichokes, spinach & mushrooms on ours. Their crust, sauce & cheese are very simple & light. You feel good, you feel healthy & happy after eating at Tivoli's! The atmosphere is simple but classic here too; brick walls with Itallian movie posters & antique photos on walls. Wooden benches & tables to sit around. It is always a full house at dinner time. You know it is good!
