Update: the fact that the people who run this place responded to my review in such condescending manner speaks for itself. What would they have possible done with receipts from urgent care? Reimburse me for my medical expenses? What a joke. I hope next person who gets sick from their food is an attorney who takes it to the next level and decides to takes appropriate legal measures. As for their treatment of delivery drivers, I was incorrect in that the person who I know and used to deal with this unprofessional establishment decided to never deal with them again and he stopped taking their orders. I saw the review of someone else who took photos of their unsanitary conditions- proves my point exactly. I would have done the same. I should have seen that mess of a place before I decided to eat there. By the way, if youâre dealing with the public in a public space, you donât have an expectation to privacy, this is America and not such communist country in Asia. Good on them for alerting the public. Again, let my feedback serve as a warning to others to check with the health dept before taking a bite out of their food. Had a severe case of food poisoning from this place so Iâve decided to look up their rating with the Chester County Health Dept. inspection report and was horrified. 12 violations in one report. This place is a hazard to oneâs health, it seems. On a minor note, my neighborâs son was delivering for DoorDash last year and after confronting the staff at Murasaki about how long it takes for them to prepare food, they blocked him as a driver. The lady who runs this place is unprofessional, has no manners and is just rude to her frequent customers. First she forgot to place and bring our appetizer, she then refused to give us cutlery and plates to serve our main entrÊe and forgets to provide spoons for our dessert in the restaurant. When we asked for cutlery and plates she gave us serious attitude and made rude comments. If you don't like your job quit or better hire more people who can provide better customer service.

I have been to many restaurant which are under staffed but has provided us Excellent customer service.    Read moreWe made reservations for 4 people on a Friday evening at 6:30pm. While they took our drink order once seated, it took a while to get the attention of a server to place our food order. The apps were ok. The crab rangoon appears to be fake crab, so skip it for something else. The real issue was that an hour after the apps were cleared, there was no food delivered to our table nor any communication from the service staff. Our party was finally served kitchen entrees about an hour and a half after we ordered, but not everyone ordered kitchen entrees. One of our party ordered only sushi and still hadn't received any by the time our entrees were finished. We looked around and realized that at least two tables that had ordered sushi before us had received none. The staff did not communicate any delays with us and they served the table before the food was all ready. We cancelled the sushi order since it wasn't even close to being ready. Reading recent reviews, it would appear this is becoming a regular issue. The apologies from staff came only after we cancelled our order and expressed our frustration. The food we did have was "fine" at best. But unless you want to wait 2+ hours for california rolls and spider rolls, try...
