Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Uwchlan Township

We purchased a Coleman small 50xc bike from them and after 3 months it stopped working. They told me to find a mechanic so I did and he coueont figure it out for like 6 months so I called tractor supply back and they told me they would honor the bike and if I brought it in they would sell me the protection plan then swap it out for a new one. Great news and my son was very excited. The next day I called about bring it in and a new manager (Bryce I think) and he totally took a 180 and basically told me go take a hike. Had no interest in helping because he said he couldn’t make any more money off it (remember I spent $500 on it already). So I had someone great willing to help than the manager got on and decided I wasn’t worth helping. Very disappointed and won’t even shop there again and tell everyone I know to stay clear especially of that store… sham on you Bryce for forgetting customer service and happy customers are your life blood. In a rretail world where service is so rare, this was a botched chance to show tractor supply was a customer friendly place to shop. I guess it’s better for everyone to just buy online and let these stores die off and let their poor service die off...

I have only been in a Tractor Supply Co. Store twice before today. However, today, my crazy pup decided to give himself several dirt baths while playing at the dog park. I went to TSC because I couldn't take him home as dirty as he was and he is an awful bath taker anyway. TSC has an awesome pup bathing room with high tubs that eliminate the need to lean over, shampoos, conditioners, grooming tables, towels, dryers, and other grooming tools. All that for $9.99 and I wasn't soaked or stuck with an aching back when I was done! After the bath we walked around and discovered TSC has way more than I ever knew they had, the staff was super friendly, and the prices are great! I will definitely return to bathe...

Cant believe that was my first visit to Tractor Supply. Very impressed. I heard you could bathe your pups here, but couldn't find anything online about the service or how much it cost. Took my spaniel there anyway just in case I could give him a bath and was so impressed with there doggie wash station! Theres 2 bath setups, and 2 grooming stations including most of the necessities. Make sure to request towels before taking your dog into the wash room tho. Luckily I brought my own not knowing what to expect. I wish I had known they had grooming stations, i would've taken my dogs grooming kit and transformed him into a well-manicured puppy again. Next time we'll go on a week day when they're not...
