Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Vacaville

I absolutely love this location. The staff is always energetic and friendly at any hour. The line can seem long at times, but it actually moves pretty quickly. A lot of the time, the staff will deliver your items to you at your car before you get to the window just to keep the line moving and the wait time as short as possible. I love the vast variety of flavor combinations to choose from. You can go there every day and still not get through the entire menu in a month. This place is also very dog friendly and gladly offers a pup cup to any pooch they see. My pup gets super excited when she sees us pull up to the window to get our drinks and dives into her pup cup the moment she gets it.

I have gone to all the surrounding Dutch Bros in the area, and none of them compare to this location. They have an impeccable track record of pumping out consistently made drinks that taste the same as the last time you ordered it. This can be very difficult to do at most places like this. For example, I can go to Starbucks with my wife, and both order the same item. Even with the same person making them, we usually get two very different tasting drinks, however, when we do that here, we get two drinks that taste identical.

I really appreciate everything the staff here does on a daily basis to provide me with the best drink possible. Rain or shine, hot or cold, you are out their in the elements taking our orders. This can not be easy, and you do it all with a welcoming smile. You are always deserving of a nice tip.

Also, before you visit, I highly recommend downloading their loyalty app, which shows the complete menu, so you have an idea of what you want before they even get to you. This helps keep the line moving fast, and you will earn all kinds of sweet rewards other than just points towards a free drink. I usually love this Dutch & the people there are so sweet & considerate. Today, I was in line and this person and I pulled up at the same time. I got done with my order first so I continued to funnel into the one line. I was almost into the one line and the car next to me almost hit me to scoot in front of me so I honked. One of the workers I have never seen before with jorts, combat boots & a hat came over to my window. Started off hostile from the beginning. Yelling, you have no right to get mad and honk at the person next to you. I said I get it but I did get done first & they almost hit my car. She followed with, Oh? You got done first? That’s not how it works, I told her to go before you in a very sarcastic tone. The worker that helped me had said to keep moving along & they weren’t finished with the order yet. I understand what she was getting at but that’s not how you should...

We usually always have great service @DB, but today was an off day. We ordered a LARGE Ice Annihilator with Oat Milk, whipped cream & an extra shot. However, the barista adamantly said we ordered a MEDIUM Ice Kicker with Oat Milk without whipped cream & the extra shot. After I pleaded with the barista THREE TIMES to no prevail, I gave up and didn't want to be a "Karen" since there was a long line behind us. I hope the Caucasian lady behind us enjoyed my LARGE Ice Annihilator with the Oat Milk, whipped cream & the extra shot. Please see the attached picture for reference.
