I Honestly,have had multiple bad experiences with their service. Specifically how long it takes to make the food, If you go in person or through the drive-through, it takes upwards of 20 minutes for each order to come out the window. If you try to order it through an online service like DoorDash GrubHub or Uber it takes anywhere between 40 minutes and an hour and a half to actually get your order made and given to a Dasher, The past two times that I’ve been in person I’ve had my order messed up In the last three times my fiancé or I have ordered it off of DoorDash It’s taken way too long to be fast food. My three-year-old absolutely loves wienerschnitzel specifically because of the name! And we love to hear him try to say Wienerschnitzel. I ordered a pastrami pretzel bun Polish dog they gave me a chili cheese dog nobody really speaks English clear enough for them to even understand a fluent speaking english American I would suggest having them repeat your order and checking your food before you even leave their drive-through I got home and realized my food was wrong and they overcharged me I tried calling them about 10 times nobody answers their phone and they don't call you back the customer is hahaha the worst unless your on crack. On top of that the chilli cheese dog barely had any chilli no cheese what a horrible experience Ill be thinking twice before going to Wienerschnitzel again. A coworker and I frequent this location. We have never had bad service or any types of problems with our orders. Today was quite different. Today we ordered our usual, and to say the least, our food was way below par. I noticed the cook, throwing orders around and basically beating our chili dogs like how i assume Bobby Brown would do. More chili ended up on the wrapper then the actual buns or hot dogs. The chili was also very watered down. As soon as i opened the mess of a chili dogs wrapper, the chili ran off the wrapper like moses parting the red sea.
