Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Vacaville

I recently had my 31st birthday but I ended up working 2 jobs that day. Figured it would be alright, I'll just grab a cake on my way home and celebrate with my family at the end of the day. It made sense to have a baskin Robbins cake for my 31st bday. I placed an order for a pickup time at 9pm, I had options all the way til 11pm! Google said they closed at 10pm. I get off a bit late but managed to get there by 9:20pm and they were closed! I never got my cake. I went in the next day to pick up my cake and told the young girl who was working about what had happened. She had the most ill look on her face as to express she did not care. I wasn't rude, although I felt like this situation may have called for it. I didn't get a, "I'm sorry that happened to you." Which would have been great customer service. Instead, I got, "did you still want it." She may have been waiting for me to yell at her, I know she knew that's what would normally happen in this situation. I was so disappointed. Why would I have an option to pick up a cake a time they wouldn't have even been there!? I didn't even get my cake on the day that mattered most to me, I should've at least got the overpriced cake for half off. They didn't even think to offer something nice to make up...

I love theor oce cream and variety of flavors and it would get 5 stars but internet says it closes at 10 and i swung by around 9:20 tonight and the open sign was off, all the chairs were up and the employee was just sitting in there on their phone. I work in fast food, if the open sign isnt on and all the chairs are up, obviously you are not open..im not going to go up to the door and bang on it and be rude to the employee because who knows why it says one thing on google....but tomorrow when i go in, i will be asking what yime they close. Guess i will just get icecream...

We popped in for a quick dessert after the options at Olive Garden fizzled. All the kids got kids scoops and Mom and Dad got singles and doubles respectively. Standard fare of amazing flavors, which included mint chip for the kids, world-class chocolate for Mom, and daiquiri ice and strawberry cheesecake for Dad. The staff was friendly and even offered a military discount for veterans. It was also nice because I was short $0.05 and would have had to break a $20 bill, but the gentleman behind me and it be the change I needed. Nice plug for the friendliness of...
