I wish I could say our experience was at least 1 star, unfortunately it was not. This system requires you pick at least one star. so I did. Here are the reasons why....arrived and they wanted us to sit in a table and chairs. we noticed 3 booths open and asked if we could be seated there. The waiter said of course let us wipe it down for you. The young man that sat us was not happy about that at all. I said thank you he did not respond. ....then we sat for a bit the waitress finally came over we ordered water and ordered our meal.....the meal took 30mins to get to the table...i did forget to mention that there was no hurry for anything. The floors were dirty and several tables need to be cleaned. Yet team members still found time to stand around.....when we got the order mine had onions in it though I had asked for none and my husband's chicken was hard and chewy. The waitress came by and asked if everything was ok. I asked for sour cream since that also did not make it to our table. She said yes. That did not happen quickly. When she finally came back with it she said "oh they left the onions in it. do you want me to have them redo it?" I said "no" she then said "I did check your ticket to make sure I keyed it correctly and it did say no onions" uhhh that's means when she came by earlier she noticed the onions and don't say anything then, ugh....my daughter had to use the restroom so off we go. As we passed the front the manager was just standing talking with 2 other employees. Now it is all making since....as we entered the restroom there was toilet paper, feminine hygiene and not sure what else on the floor. As we were washing our hands a girl that worked there opened the door and was messing with the paper towel dispenser, she reached to check the one we were at and noticed we were there, "oh sorry I'm just checking the paper towels" she stated and then was going to leave. I told "uh you might want to check the floor in that one" and point to the stall with the mess.....back at the table our waitress hadn't come back. We finished eating and then decided to pay on the little table top computer. she then stopped and asked if there was anything else. Nope...
Read moreArrived tonight for a quick bite and a drink at the bar. The sun was setting, and the sun clearly showed all the greasy fingerprints on the front doors upon entering, I saw they got rid of the hostess stand. Weird because that's what hides the glass clearer they should be using on the front glass. First impressions are important, that is why the doors should be cleaned frequently. I immediately went to wash my hands, and the bathroom was a wreck. It is a Sunday at 7, so I get it. They have been busy. A manager needs to keep all these aspects in mind while managing. I came out of the restroom and saw the MOD. I approached her and told her of these two items she needed to check. I was not complaining, just giving her a tip to make all her guests have a more pleasant experience. Kudos for her addressing these right away. If you have dirty restrooms and dirty doors, everyone will question what else is dirty. Keep up in these things, and you will continue to enjoy your resurgence.
We started frequenting Chili's more and more over the past year. I have to agree with the news I have read as of late "Chili's is having the "The Best Restaurant Comebacks in History!". We enjoy the bar, especially Megan and Christina. Service is great! Food is mostly on point with the exception of chicken wings. They are always anemic and lack any flavor. Work on this Chili's, you're so close! If you haven't been to Chili's in a while, give it a try. You will back again soon!

Read moreI try to avoid walking in and ordering from restaurants an hour before closing because I’ve had bad experiences with trying to get food before closing which is tough with my work schedule. This time I ordered To-Go on the website at 9:10 pm 2 triple dippers. I got to the restaurant at about 9:35, 5 minutes after I got the text that my order was ready, I went inside and walked to the To-Go counter and no one was there, no big deal they are closing pretty soon so I wait next to the desk. After about 10 minutes go by no one has came to the desk or asked if I needed help. I’m hungry it’s late at this point I see my order so I just grab it and walk out. When I get home I opened my girlfriend’s order and it seems right. However when I get to my food I open it and it looks like a completely different order, 2 of the 3 items I ordered was wrong, the sauce i ordered for my chicken tenders wasn’t included. When I checked the label on the box my order was what I ordered I hadn’t made a mistake or misclicked on the website. I don’t know if it was due to shortage of what I ordered that my food was replaced or if it was a mistake because again NO ONE WAS AT THE COUNTER honestly I work hard for my money and with how expensive things are I expect them to be right especially when my appetizer I order is $20 a person I should be getting exactly what I want.
