Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Valdosta

It’s sad that I have to write this but today we stopped in to take advantage of their great BOGO free promotion. Nowhere in the ad does it limit what you can purchase on this promotion. As a matter of fact the promotion states “Enjoy 12 flavors of our homemade chicken salad” limit 3 per customer. Well we get there and we are told that the only salad we can get is Classic Carol and we are limited to 2. We pointed out that nowhere in the ad does it say we are limited to what salads we can choose or that the limit is 2. The young lady at the drive thru had the attitude that she could care less if we were satisfied or not. We called the Thomasville store and they are more than happy to honor the ad as written. The staff, and acting manager are not knowledgeable what they are legally required to know. Consequently, it can be a very dangerous place for those that have allergies.

Just because they say we don't have allergens that doesn't cover everything not by a long shot that's more like an excuse, and insulting excuse of that.

I tried reaching out to corporate and guess what there is no corporate number there's no realistic customer service there's only transfer after transfer and dead in machines.

I have nothing nice to say.

This place had a line wrapped around the building and I still got around the drive thru quicker than most places so you got me on service. The names of the sandwiches are kinda cute and I can respect it. Food quality is not bad at all. I've had a few different varieties of the chicken salad and I have to say I can really get into the fuji apple, pecan, and seedless grape one (for the life of me I can't remember what it's called) the chrisp bite of fresh apple along with the toasted pecans and tart grapes breathes a whole new life to the run of the mill chicken salad. Paired with fresh fruit on the side and it fills you up without feeling like you have ate a lead weight where you feel sluggish. I'll definitely swing back in...
