Purchased a shirt for Christmas. The original store has relocated and was not ready for commercial traffic as my wife and I tried to exchange due to sizing being wrong. Employee stated the new opening date which was weeks away. Wife returns today and is told that the return policy has expired as of 12/31. Shirt was purchased the week prior to Christmas and no one stated an abbreviated return policy vs the usual 30 day. To make matters worse, if exchanged today only $100 would be credited instead of the original $145. My family has enjoyed shopping here since its inception but after today, we will not be customers. In closing, kept the shirt rather than reinvest the store cr Maia . Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs as it will cost you down the road. You’ve been warned. First: I don’t peruse your web site, 2nd: the cashier could have verbally mentioned that essentially a week remained for an exchange when purchasing. Never would I have bought something knowing that a return was necessary with a week with Christmas and New Years upon us. It’s pretty standard on commercial purchases to include a 30 day window. The rule is to always ask and get a name for these type of failings. My fault but to Maus & Hoffman I will go to next time. Customer retention is not your strong suit. I bought a Barbour vest for my wife's birthday on a a Saturday (her birthday was on Sunday. it was too big and I called on the following Tuesday to see if they had a smaller size - they didn't and the sales person was doubtful they could get the smaller size because of Xmas - it turns out that Barbour doesn't make a smaller size.
I returned the vest on Thursday, 5 days after purchase, one of which was Sunday when Only Options is closed. I was given a gift card for the return and told that I could not get the return credited to my credit card because the store's policy was only to refund if the item is returned within 3 days.

Read moreThe quality of the clothes were exquisite for my taste. I enjoyed the pieces that I purchased. However, my initial experience while shopping outside the store was somewhat indifferent. I didn't feel very welcome originally, and also was told after I inquired about the clothing inside that those items "weren't on sale", and asked if I was sure I was going to purchase the items I had selected outside. I'm not sure if the perception was that I couldn't afford the clothing in the store, but It did upset me.
