Triangle Furniture — Local services in Valdosta

I visited this store today and had a terrible experience. We were greeted when we walked into the store and found the items we were looking for without being assisted. Pat was helping someone else, so we waited. While we were waiting he was talking to the customer about how horrible the benefits are with Triangle Furniture. Another woman walked in and he immediately stopped to assist her. We were astounded at his blatant disrespectful approach as a salesman. I mentioned it to him and he did not care. It was very obvious why we were ignored. PAT should not be working with the public, he has horrible customer service skills. We went across the street to Turner's Budget Furniture and bought the items we were looking for and received impeccable customer service from Matt. I suggest anyone reading this post, do the same. Turner's Budget Furniture has nicer items, better prices, and friendlier people...

Went to Triangle furniture and purchased a recliner all was fine , took my money with no problem , charged a 100 dollars for delivery which is higher than any other furniture store I have encountered in Valdosta , Georgia . The day before delivery I called and spoke to a lady at Triangle to verify the delivery time for the next day and she replied that it would be delivered at 10am , so made sure that I had clearsnce through my home for it , as I had planned on going to Florida after the delivery after calling to see where my recliner was , the lady replied you mean it was not delivrred , I replied , that’s why I’m calling , she said she would call me right back , yet they had their warehouse man call me to tell me it will be there at 4pm . Upset now that I had to change my plans for my trip . I won’t be returning to a place that I cannot trust to do what they say...

I recently purchased a sofa and recliner from Triangle Furniture in Moultrie. The entire experience at Triangle was great! The ladies in the showroom were very helpful, yet I didn't feel pressured. I looked at my leisure. That's always been my experience at this store and that's why I keep coming back. My furniture was delivered today and Zachary and Marcus did a really wonderful job getting everything set up. They worked perfectly as a team! They took their time to be careful with my furniture and were courteous and professional. Great job guys! Great job Triangle Furniture...
