Coming from the west coast (Vegas to be specific) I was expecting a lot more. Unfortunately where I come from Fazolis closed down some 15 years ago, but before they went out of business I have some of the best memories of going there with my grandfather. The food was always great, the ambiance was good, I just remember having the best memories and could never understand why they closed down. Now I realize why. Let me cut straight to the chase. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and chose to make it a meal with a salad and a drink for an additional $3.99. When my order first came out the cheese on the alfredo was just really goupy (for lack of a better term) on top, it really didn’t look appetizing, but I still didn’t complain about that, I simply mixed it in and started eating, unfortunately however, once I started eating I realized it also wasn’t hot, it was luke warm. At that point I decided to bring it up to the counter and just simply ask if I could get it baked or heated up even in a microwave just to get it nice and hot… after them saying ok (rather stand offishly I might add) I went back to my seat and sat down. A few minutes later I had two employees come up to me and say they were remaking it “for me…” first it was the cashier, then a large intimidating looking, and seemingly temperamental man. I quickly explained to both that I didn’t see a need for the order to be remade because all I asked for was it to be heated up, it shouldn’t have been more than a short ride on the conveyor belt and then back to my table. The large size man didn’t take so kindly to me commenting back and when he got back to the register I heard him exclaim something along the lines of “here we go.” Finally when the remade pasta came back to me, rather than being luke warm and goupy it was now hot but noticeably runny (and tasteless). At that point I was done asking for things and wasn’t going to argue about anything. Below you can see a photo of how I left my pasta, took maybe 3 bites and left it. Again, a prime example of why Fazoli’s are no longer in business. What could have been a satisfying lunch with a nostalgic twinge was only a highly...

FAST FOOD ITALIAN?? Haha, lemme just say I can appreciate a long wait for the food to be cooked fresh and very hot to the touch. Not to mention, Olive Garden is right next door to this location. It's just not practical to serve Italian dishes in a fast manner. And once you come here, you WILL know that.

Atmosphere is generic, it does resemble an old out of business fast food appearance in and outside. The staff are nice and bring breadsticks at your table, which is unlimited. The appetizers were the best parts, cheese bites, pepperoni breadsticks, and slices of pizza.

The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken arrived slightly cool and not hot like it should be. Which is not good. The chicken was too salty. The same for the chicken carbonara, it arrived cool. I think the dishes are prepared in a fast food manner, canned ingredients and fast prep time to kick out the orders. Our wait time from order to food at table was 5-7 minutes. Very fast.

The only plus side of this restaurant is the appetizers and the marinara sauce. The marinara is a great dipping sauce for the breadsticks. The pizza slices were not delicious, the taste reminded me of old pizza at CiCi's that sat out for a long time with nobody eating it. If you decide to come here or read this review and feel even a bit offended, I dare you to buy your favorite dish from this restaurant and compare the same dish from Olive Garden and decide...

Totally unprofessional; terrible customer service on a.Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm, Having not eaten lunch, thought I’d order a quick meal Togo before I return home. I ordered my simple combo meal… only 2 cars in front of me, first car pulled off after 5 min wait, 2nd car- a jeep sat there at the drive through window for 5, 10, 15 mins… I wanted to pull off after I waited 12-15 minutes but car was too close for me to back up. After 20 mins I was expecting them to give the customer in front of me a huge order, but he appeared to only have 2 orders- in a single bag. So he pulls off, I pull up, surely after 20 mins, they have my order ready to go??😳 As I pull up to the window, the girl is leaning against the window with her back to me, I wait patiently for her to show some courtesy & turn & at least greet me the customer. Especially after I waited in drive thru for 20 mins, so I watch my clock on radio, 1 min, still not turn around, 2 mins still no response, not even a glance in my direction, so afte 22-23 mins in the drive thru- I drive off… of course she is clueless because she was not even paying any attention, appeared to be on a phone call?? The manager should fire whomever was on duty at this time. I’m pretty sure the car behind me was...

Arrived at 6:00 p.m. ordered by 6:04. The store had three customers in it not 3 tables but three individual customers. Painfully, phenomenally, totally unbelievably slow service. At the 30-minute mark, which was the time that I needed to take an important business call ( I chose Fazoli's thinking that I would certainly be served and be finished by the time my call was to be connected) was told my order was lost. My party got their food at 6:48. I advised I was going to come back in the restaurant and eat my hot food at my table at 7:15. It was there at 7:18. To their credit, they issued an apology and some small desserts, some small credit coupons which I gave to the neighboring table. I had the option of going to Olive Garden on the other side of the parking lot and was sorry repeatedly that I did not choose that restaurant my meal would have cost the same I would have probably had better quality food and at least my party would have been served some kind of food shortly after arrival. I will not visit this Fazoli's location in Valdosta again. Have had good customer service and food quality experiences at Fazoli's stores from Ohio to Florida over many years have never experienced something like this. A nearby table also was extremely late getting served.
