Food itself was good. Especially the tempura dipped green fries. The ranch is the bomb! I wish they sold it by the bottle. Reason for one star? THE SERVICE. Order was half missing including all the childs menu order so kids upset as well as other items missing. It wasnt noticed until we got home which isnt close enough to go back for. I called. Manager wasnt available to come to phone. I explain the situation to the by the answer the phone I hit hard drive into my number down into the dead manager we call me back I said when today and he said yes it will be too busy mean that it by closing or whatever okay. I waited my entire rest of that day as well as the following day before calling back two days later I would point I was told by the person has its own it and ask for the manager that they were the supervisor make it helped me again I was point I was told that they are call center that takes orders they are not the actual tablishment itself so that would be reasonable and understanding on the phone so although she could do was put in another request for the money to give me a call but to me this is a horrible customer service and I will not returning there ever. A little commen courtesy a long way and they don't have any so.... one star it is. So DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER...
Read moreI have to applaud this restaurant on their AMAZING customer service! I come here often for the Jalapeno Char Burger. Today I was ordering 3. I had a rollercoaster of a day already starting with some social media drama on top of feeling sick and nauseous.... Then I had a tire blow that I have to replace for the second time in a month. I was getting off work and sat in drive thru to order dinner for my family as I usually would. I didn't realize until I got to the window that I had forgotten my wallet at home. I asked if I could come right back to pay but they were closing at 8pm so that wasnt an option, especially with a ginormous drive thru line already. My battery on my phone was dying and the only other option was apple pay which I didn't have because I have android. I even offered to have my husband venmo the money to an employee inside. After the cashier spoke with her manager, I was blown away that they decided to give me my order anyway & on the house. I am amazed at this great blessing to end my day and will continue to do business at this location and recommend them to others. Thank you so much Habit Burger for making my evening...
Read moreWe placed an order for two double char burgers and one single char burger. My husband ordered his with cheese I ordered mine without cheese and but with mushrooms. We got the order got it home unpackaged it and the hamburger was falling apart as we were unpackaging it. All three of them had cheese on it and my husband is the one that had my mushrooms on it. The lettuce was so thick on there that we had to literally take a bunch of it off in order to even be able to taste the beef. It didn't even look appetizing. The total food cost came to $47 and something. We could have gone out to a nice restaurant and had lunch for that price. So anyway I contacted habit Burger like they said to do and that I should be hearing back from somebody real soon well that was 4 days ago and I haven't heard back from anybody yet. That will be the last time I ever eat a habit...
