Captain D's — Restaurant in Valley

This was absolutely the WORST fast food restaurant experience I have ever had! The cashier was rude from the start of my order, she didn’t give me what I asked for as far as sauces go, go to take my husband his food at work and was going to sit down and eat with him, all to find that my order was COMPLETELY wrong, so I called and spoke to the “Manager” and he asks me to bring it back up there, and I did. Walked in the door, only to have to deal with the same rude cashier that got all of it wrong to begin with, she threw the plate of food on the window and asked them to just put broccoli in there, not even the other things that were wrong or just missing to begin with (one of the proteins) and when I asked for the original fish recipe, she started trying to argue with me, all while wearing a very nasty shirt, no gloves and also no mask. So I asked her to just give me my money back and of course, received attitude with it. She brings my money back to me and dropped the change on the countertop very obviously on purpose. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!! If I could give it negative stars, I would! I have worked in restaurants for the better part of 25 years and NEVER EVER have I complained, however this was an AWFUL experience. Guys just went to Captain D's and let me tell you I was so impressed there was a lady there named Deatrus Sands what a wonderful personality and an amazing lady man she just brightened up my day and the food man smells so good everything looks so good and fresh if you're looking to go and try another experience and you're not used to going to Captain D's Miss sands makes this a great little seafood place everybody else there was friendly she even offered to run out to the car because I left too early and I had some cracklins that I forgot man I am so impressed and so proud I stopped everybody when you're in the Valley area make sure you go by this place and if Miss sands is working there make sure you tell her how good a job she's doing people like that need to hear it with a smile on her face and everybody's her love what a sweet sweet woman and what a wonderful example of how we all should be. This place has changed over the last few years. My daughter and I visited for a late lunch yesterday and each time I was trying to place my orders at drive-thru, I was interrupted with, "Okay what else?" and "do you want drinks or not?" When I said a large sweet tea, he abruptly interrupted me again saying "what else" before I could tell him a medium sprite. This employee was obviously upset about something and did not need to be taking orders or serving at window. He was very arrogant at the window after it took 20 minutes to get our order with only 2 cars ahead of us. After all that, our order was wrong. The lobster rolls were basically just bread. The blackened white fish I ordered had a different seasoning. There was very little rice included with no shrimp and... our drinks were incorrect. The price is too high to receive less food, an incorrect order, waiting to long in drive-thru and pathetically...
