Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Valparaiso

The customer service is as cold as the Totanic Water! They're the rudest people in the phone it is so ridiculous that you can treat your customers with such rudeness! It's so bad it makes you afraid to ask a question! I asked which sandwiches they had available and he rudely ran them off so fast I couldn't understand him and when I asked him to repeat I thought he was going to jump through the phone and eat me for dinner! What is up with this?!?!?! I'd fire him in 2 seconds flat! Teach your employees some freakung manners or fine another business to run!! That being said I won't eat their pizza but my family does. They really like it and my husband and I love the sandwiches. Beware when telling them you have a coupon they act as if your lying! I gave the Code number and the guy got furious and made me repeat it twice then didn't use it and gave me a $10 higher price. I had to correct him which he huffed and puffed through. The sandwiches where a 10 but it makes me wonder if he spits in food due to his attitude so I had no appetite after the call! Rant over~hire some people with common courtesy or your pizza place will be closed again in less than a year just like the Dominoes...

Do yourself a favor, if your going to order from this place PAY in cash. I had pizza delivered and paid off my credit card, but tipped in cash. Checked my account the next day and there was additional money taken out... called and the 1st manager I spoke with confirmed there was infact a tip written on my recipet and I calmly explained that I did not write a tip on their. Agrees to give me my money back, called back and spoke with a 2nd manager who then tried to tell me that there had been 2 recipes that got mixed up... well how does the first manager search my order by my order number and confirm there was a tip written and then i get told that was the wrong one?? They were just trying to cover up for what the delivery boy had done. I got my refund back and I have made sure I told everyone I know now to order from here and if they do to double check their accounts or pay in cash. I have ordered from here several times and 9 times out of 10 there's an issue. it's very seldom that i get my pizza at a decent time or let alone a hot pizza. at this point i preheat my oven before the pizza is even here because their delivery drivers like to play a game called "how long can i wait to deliver this pizza"? and they win that game every time. one time they even got my entire order wrong and gave some weird pizza with white sauce instead of the chicken taco pizza. Now, what I will say is their customer service is great, when my order was messed they sent me my entire order the next day for free, and every time i call to see what's taking so long they do apologize and try to give me an update. for that they get 2 stars. I understand being slow during peak hours, but if i order a pizza extremely early or extremely late (which is most of the time) it shouldn't...
