Giving 1 star just from this most recent experience there and I will never return to this Taco Bell because of it. Sunday evening around 5-6pm I went to Walmart get groceries then really wanted an iced tea, I was like alright I’ll go to Taco Bell and get one and a burrito while I’m at it. I order on the mobile app and let them know I have a mobile order, it’s all good so I pull up to the window and they hand me my tea and still wishing on the burrito no biggy. So I am ready for the tea so I break open the straw and take a big sip only to immediately realize that whatever just entered my mouth is for sure not for human consumption. I have NO idea what was in the tea because just looking at it; it looked like tea but it was NOT tea, nor was it soda or any drinkable drink. It tasted like some kind of chemical and salty. It wasn’t just bad tea, there was no tea taste it was straight chemicals. I went to hand her the drink saying she could take this back and couldn’t get many other words out because I was flabbergasted and wondering if I had just been poisoned from drinking some unknown substance. She told me they couldn’t take the drink back, understandable and I’m glad because after I realized that incase something happened that drink can be tested. Looking at the drink there is very obviously something seriously wrong with it. From top to bottom there is this Smokey looking shape all through the tea, thinking about it or looking at it makes me nauseous. I have never been more disturbed before in my entire life. It actually scared me. It’s been two days and so far I’m okay besides some diarrhea however I’m not sure if it was from the “tea” or maybe something else. I plan on getting some blood tests done and calling poison control to find out if the drink can be tested. I love Taco Bell but I’m horrified and won’t be back. I may never drink tea or any other drink from...
Read moreIf it wasn't for the food being hot. The experience would have been a 0. I waited entirely to long for my order to be taken. It wasn't busy. As a matter of fact, I was the only customer in the dining room.. 2 employees were arguing with each other out in the open. Then the manager chimed in as well, and all 3 were arguing. My order took a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes to make, as other orders in the drivethru taken after mine went out the window. I found out that employee who was supposed to make my order. Got pulled in the office, and no one took over until I started getting upset. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. Lack of respect, lack of discipline, and no common sense. I will not be back. Fast forward 2 years later, I didn't think that this would get any worse. Aside from no greeting when you come in the door, no one takes any orders no matter what. You have to order from the kiosk, which no one will help you with. My taco shells were all smashed when I got my order. I came up to get them remade, and 2 employees just stared at me like I was bothering them, and neither of them asked if i needed help. Another employee was rude by the way she reacted when I asked for her help. I got them remade but received a half-hearted apology from the guy who made it. There is no customer service, and half the tables were wet from being wiped with a water sopped rag. It was gross. I don't know why I came back to this Taco Bell. Because this was another horrible experience. This time, I...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. I used to go here on my lunch break a lot. I knew the entire staff, and they knew me. My orders started getting skipped, I would give them 15-20 mins, (1/2 hour lunch break) ask them where my food was, wait another 5 minutes for them to make it and then go back to work and get busy, no time to eat. This happened probably 9 times consecutively, a few times I just left without my food, because I really don’t have time to wait. I’ve been trying to contact Taco Bell’s corporate customer service, for over 9 months without any response. I write them every 3 months asking when they will try to correct this. The night shift here is also unhinged. You pull up to the drive thru speaker at night and you can expect them to be anything but professional. Not really the type of people I want handling my food. They talk to you in silly voice’s and are utterly disrespectful. Pull around to the window and pay and to get your food, they will sometimes hold the bag of food on the inside of the window and giggle as you reach for it. I’m not amused. I am considering taking legal action against Taco Bell...
