Absolutely awful service. Be aware that no matter which shipping option you pay for they wont bother to ship your order in a timely manner. Any attempts to reach customer service will just be met with canned responses about how your order is "Awaiting shipping" with no indication of when it will actually ship.
7/28 UPDATE: Placed an order on the 20th and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Owner previously replied and admitted that there is a 4-7 day "processing" period that isn't indicated when checking out. The item was shipped from their location on the 24th and as of now it still has not arrived. All requests for even a partial refund of the shipping cost have been completely ignored by the business.
Do yourself a favor and order from a company that has at least the smallest shred of honesty and...

I asked if I could get the order changed, and offered to send the difference in money, if the prices were different. They responded the next business day and told me there was a price difference, but in my favor. They changed the order, and refunded the difference, even though it was my mistake.
