Our wedding venue referred us to Angel Food Catering and right off the bat there communication was the most prompt and informative we had experienced. The first consultation call really laid the groundwork for us to build on, the invoice was extremely detailed, the tasting opportunity was well worth it and all the food was phenomenal, and they stayed in communication with us and stuck to the timeline. We worked directly with Erica who works primarily on their wedding packages. Erica helped make our experience with Angel Food truly enjoyable. She helped coordinate rental items, set-up the purchase and delivery of alcohol and helped us customize a menu that fit our personalities and the season. She encouraged us to consider pot roast as one of our dinner options because it was “fall comfort food” and one of the best tasting dishes they offered. We were a little apprehensive because it is non-traditional and of course, we still getting calls and emails about how amazing it was! I have to say… Erica even helped me redesign our floor plan, consider cost savings and responded to every single email promptly. The staff on the day of the wedding were very friendly and professional. Everyone paid specific attention to us as the bride and groom, making sure we had time to snack, drink and then even made our dinner plates for us and delivered them to the table. I would truly recommend Angel Food Catering to anyone planning an event with Catering needs, not just other couples planning a wedding. They will make sure your day is a success and your guests leave well...

When my daughter, who always swore she would get married in a courthouse, asked me to help her plan her wedding, I was thrilled but had some trepidation. But all that went away when she decided on Angel Food Catering. There aren’t words to say how wonderful, accommodating, patient and thorough Judy and her team are. From the initial consultation where every cup and cracker and detail is examined through the incredibly thorough communication throughout and when we actually received a handwritten thank you note after the event, everything went smoothly and perfectly. Judy is a wealth of information but if she wasn’t a caterer, she could negotiate world peace. She worked perfectly with my daughter’s vision, kept me in the loop and was able to guide us through a process that brought my daughter and I closer….and we were always close. HOW many times do you hear THAT from moms and daughters planning a wedding? :) The food was perfect, service outstanding, atmosphere incredible and unique. I just got married on May 15th and AFC was fantastic in so many ways! Judy was an absolute angel the whole year that I planned with her and let me tell you, planning a wedding during COVID has been stressful! But Judy took the time to make the process so easy. In our phone calls and meetings, she was always so flexible, accommodating and warm - she made me feel like an old friend right from the beginning.

Judy also went out of her way during the reception to reach out to my mom and offer assistance with getting dinner, as my stepdad has some difficulty getting around these days. This small gesture meant so much! Erica also stayed to help the whole night and assisted with setting up, decorating and tearing down. She was such a sweetheart.

The food was absolutely amazing (I think I heard how delicious the spinach artichoke dip was at least 100 times and also WOW at the Steak Diane and Yukon gold mashed potatoes 😋), the donut table they set up was so beautiful and the staff were so organized and helpful.
