Every SINGLE TIME I order from this starbucks for pickup I still wait at least 10-15 minutes for my drink in the lobby. I order before I even leave my home 15 minutes away and the drive thru is constantly wrapped around the building. Not only that but BECAUSE it stays so busy even though I order the same coffee each morning, itās never the same and sometimes itās not even to my liking and a waste of money. I would normally ask to have it remade but when you do that here it takes another 10 minutes, costs a lot of dirty looks and you will faithfully get a sticky dripping cup handed back to you with an annoyed smirk; so I stopped asking. I get that this is a rough job and a lot of us seem āentitledā but when it takes 20-30 minutes to get an online order and itās no where near right because they rushed through it, I become a customer that lost or spent money on something I didnāt want or even get fast or friendly service for; with what Starbucks costs thereās just no reason for it. I think Iām gonna move back to Timāsā¦the deals are better and there are ALWAYS offers and my pickups are faithfully waiting on me in their lobby a quarter mile away from the wretched Starbucks location.
I also just wanted to add as I sit here going on 15 minutes having ordered almost 29 minutes ago that the wrap around drive-thru lane is going a bit faster than those of use who tried to GET AHEAD OF THAT by ordering ahead.
**at the 30 minute mark I walked to the register and it took another few minutes of being ignored to be asked whatās going on; I explained and she shouts to see if anyone is seen my orderā¦no one responds and they all just go back to business as usual. Never again, Iām gonna be RUSHING into a final exam because it has now been 49 minutes JUST WAITING IN COFFEE! I shouldāve been able to get it within the 10 minutes it said when I ordered and could BE in class right now out in Ann Arbor...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife and I stopped into this store on the evening of March 16, 2019, with the intention just to buy some bagged coffee for home, but we both decided to get a drink as well. There was no line, about 3 people sitting at tables already served, and three employees (one in the back doing something else) when we arrived. A mildly friendly employee took our order (tall flat white and a tall vanilla latte). After she took our order, the person who I believe was supposed to be the barista did nothing but talk on her phone, having a personal conversation, for a few minutes. Didn't touch our order, or even look at the printed ticket. About 10 minutes after our orders were purchased (while my wife and I stood by idle), a drive through customer ordered their order (we could see the action since we were standing 10 feet away) and the barista decided to make their drink before ours. It was truly unbelievable. My wife and I stood there like zombies. Both workers ignored us, made other drinks purchased after ours, and finally about 15 minutes later decided it was time to make ours. I am the type of person who only makes bad reviews on business pages if it warrants so. This experience at this store that night warranted this type of review. Both workers were more concerned with their personal conversations and personal phone calls on their iPhones, then making our $10 drink orders. Maybe it's time to say goodbye to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI never like to leave bad reviews, but I had the worst experience imaginable at this Starbucks location. First I wait in line in the drive thru for a good 10-15 minutes, which is understandable, and I donāt mind that part since there was a long line. However, when it was finally my turn to order I apologized in advance for placing a large order (7 drinks), the worker told me I had to order inside so that I donāt hold up the drive thru line. I was stunned. Never in my history of drive thru experiences was I refused service based on the size of my order. When I complied and ordered the drinks inside, the staff took at least 30 minutes to make my drinks and messed up part of the order which delayed me getting my correct order. Breanna was very kind and helpful, but the rest of the staff appeared immature and lazy. I understand long lines and even making a mistake on an order, but refusing service at the drive thru? Unacceptable. I would have even ordered at the drive thru then picked up the order inside but whoever was working the window refused. This appalling experience is one I wonāt forget and I encourage everyone to take their business elsewhereāto an establishment that actually wants your business and is able...
