So my Girlfriend and I had a not so great experience last nite there first let me say our Server Jordan was amazing. Now my girlfriend has citrus allergy and wanted a drink so we ordered a apple martini no sweet and sour mix which would mean that it would be just liquor and apple puckers . Jordan brings us the drink and ensures us it is made correctly my girlfriend takes a couple small sips and said it taste funny so I taste it and I'm like it's something carbonated in this drink and it shouldn't be. Jordan comes back to the table and I asked her to find out what was in this drink because it taste funny 😕 she comes back and said ASHLEY said puckers liquor and instead of sweet and sour mix she put SPRITE INSTEAD 🤯 Jordan mouths drops open .....How incompetent can you be Sprite is lemon lime soda 😠😠😤 So now we have a huge problem as my girl face begans to itch and her fingers from pulling the cherries out the drink . I'm very disappointed with her actions and lack of judgement sprite didnt go in the drink from the beginning why would you add it smh irresponsible and didnt even have the common courtesy to come over and apologize or anything .To add to it our food came out and our boneless wings was over cooked and a new order was placed and they messed that order up as well ...It was just not a good nite. I will be definitely contacting Dave the general manager and corporate about this she had to take 3 benadryl before she saw any relief from the itching and swelling around her eyes..... please be mindful if you patronize this restaurant if you have any allergies especially if ASHLEY is...
Read moreFYI. This location is awesome and my complaint IS NOT against this location. My complaint is about Applebee's s manipulative marketing tactics. Their app claims that when you 'join their club', you will receive a free appetizer when your order is $15.00 or more. The 'offer' is misleading. You cannot get what is promised without a code being sent to you, which comes within 48 hours of signing up. So, in essence, this is a tactic to encourage one to spend more money on their order, and they do not fulfill what is promised. When I went to pickup my order and asked about their offer, is when I get the info on how the offer works. So I was not able to get a 'free appetizer' with my order over $15 bucks, as the code would not come to my email for another 48 hours. Just a little fed up with these empty promise tactics that are being used to lure people into spending more money, without fulfilling any advertised promises. It is not the fault of the people who work there, and it is not fair to them to dump our complaints about how their employer's company is operating. So I did not complain to them, not their problem. I did cancel my order, though. And I sat in their carside to go spot, opened my Panera Bread app, and put in my order, with Panera Bread. They (Panera Bread) actually make good on the promises they promote. This (Applebee's) location has very friendly service. They were friendly, even when I requested to cancel the order. I sent an inquiry to Applebee's through their app, which, btw, appears to be less optimal than their nearby...
Read moreMy family and I had reservations at this location on 8/29/24 for a party of 15 for a small lunch after a funeral. The food was amazing but not the service. When our server Nadine found out she had a table of 15, she sarcastically said loud enough for everyone to hear “oh great.” Our family ordered and the 3 small kids ordered chocolate milk and we asked for lids with cups to avoid any accidents. The chocolate milk was brought to us without any lids and when one of the glasses were spilled, Nadine was very visibly annoyed and brought the lids with an attitude. Instead of offering help with the clean up, she threw napkins on the ground and walked away. Any time someone from our table reminded our server that something was missing from what we ordered, her response was always followed with attitude and a sigh. The bartender Amanda that shift was rude too. One of the people in our party ordered a Long Island and noticed it didn’t have any of the alcohol in it. He had 5 different people try it before asking for it be fixed because he wanted to make sure it wasn’t just him thinking the drink was missing ingredients. When he took it up to the bar counter Amanda very rudely asked “do you need something?” When he brought it to her attention she pretty much called him a liar and then up charged him for fixing his drink. I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but to have two people from one establishment be so rude is just saddening. Other than the service being horrible, the food...
