I went in like every other day, ordered a roast beef sandwich sliced thin, the general manager tells me it’s already pre cut and nothing she can do about it, I didn’t say anything but thought to myself if you advertise it’s sliced fresh how is it pre sliced? And what made me angry but held my self back was the fact that I come there a few times a week for lunch and the cashier and cook always cut it thin for me, I don’t see how a GM can say that the meat is pre sliced and she can’t do anything about it, yes you can, you type “ask me” on the order and when the person on the line asks what that is you tell him sliced thin, like they do every other time I come around.
