Read moreI really tried to give this Dunkin’ another chance since it’s my local location, but the service is consistently disappointing. I placed my order at the drive-thru today for a small toffee nut iced coffee with no cream, oat milk, and cold foam. The total was higher than usual, and when I received the drink, it was completely wrong — just an iced coffee with oat milk and cold foam.
When I went inside to explain the issue and show the price difference on my app, the staff seemed confused and did not offer a refund or adjustment. Instead, they simply poured something into another cup, which made the drink overly sweet and undrinkable.

Read moreI stopped here earlier today for an iced caramel latte. My drink was made unbearably sweet. It tasted as if double the amount of caramel syrup was added. I asked for the drink to be remade and I watched as the barista only poured two DROPS of espresso from a cup into my new drink. When I tasted the new drink, it tasted just of milk and caramel, and no espresso flavor (well, not surprisingly, since she didn’t even put a full shot in it). At that point, I gave up and left.
