ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE GENERAL MANAGER NAMED PATRICK, I have never in my life met or spoken with such a ridiculous human being. He has made my experience at Hungry Howie's my very last. I called to order food on my lunch break and asked for assistance on the website because I did not see where to put in my promo code to receive my incentive. I called before placing the order and spoke with a employee and she did not know how to tell me to do it. So I asked to speak with a manager. MIND YOU I AM AT WORK, and I was placed on hold for 15 /20 minutes. By the time the GM (Patrick) got on the phone I was very irritated. I begin to express my frustration and he cuts me off and says I heard you were harassing my employees and cursed at them. I said that is not at all true and I was placed on hold forever and really never got a chance to say much of anything and this is horrible customer service to be combative with me when I am the customer spending my money and asking for assistance with something so simple. He then yells at me that my order is cancelled. He also begin to taunt me about it...asking me what I was gonna do about it. As though he wanted me to get even more upset. Now mind you the money was already removed from my account. Now here it is 5 business days later. I never got any food but my money is still not back in my account. I called him to ask him to send a fax to my bank and he is refusing to do so. HE KEPT SAYING THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO STOP PENDING. Well why should I have to WAIT on my money back FOR AN ORDER YOU CANCELLED FOR NO REAL REASON !!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? HE ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS BOSSES INFORMATION AND NAME AS WELL. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH PATRICK...he needs to be demoted or fired. He has very poor customer service skills. I called up to share with them that my $13 salad had someone’s 1 inch white/ bonde hair in it when I went to serve my child and he was Nearly laughing over the phone, defending everyone in his store. He could’ve simply apologized and offered a credit, but he kept defending saying that no one there has that hair and it must have came from somewhere else And when I informed them that it could’ve came from an animal, I’m just simply not sure but it was in my salad, he continued to be very defensive and argumentative saying that everyone wears aprons. They are not that clean there Because I have seen the people working with no gloves and without aprons. I can’t speak for the hair nets because I haven’t paid that close of attention but when I brought it to his attention that I can tell he’s nearly laughing, he told me that he wasn’t laughing, but he was smiling to “lighten” the mood and that they’re busy. I don’t think it’s funny or pleasant that somebody was about to serve a human or animal hair to their child. I’m considering not ordering from here again just because of the way they handle the situation. Read moreProbably was the Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant, the manager was very rude on the phone and felt like I was trying to get over on getting a free pizza. The 1st time I ordered from this restaurant there was a piece of hair in my pizza, so when I called that same day, I was told I will be credited a new pizza but I will have to call from the number I called from. When I tried to order a pizza the following week the manager was very rude and he specifically told me he don't know what I'm trying to do but im not going to get over on him. He didnt have any records of me calling or any records of them delivering to where I reside. So I drove up to the store proved to him that I ordered from the restaurant by pulling up my bank statement, and my call log from the time I called and the duration of the call, and he still was not believing me telling me he have to go by what is in the system.
