Me and my kids (my son 17 my daughter 8) went to the drive thru. I stated that I had two orders. A young girl asked for the first order and would I be using the mobile app, I replied no. I placed my first order, then said after completing it that I was going to begin the second order which would be using the mobile app.. while my son was placing his order I noticed that things were still being added to the first order. So I politely stated that she was adding things to the first order. The manager ALEX then comes on the intercom very irate and says âwhy when she asked you if that completed you order didnât you say anythingâ I responded that I did. He then goes âwhatever finish your order âŚâ then very low says âDumb bhâ I then asked him âlike whoa did you call me a dumb bh?!â He proceeds to ask me to finish my order. See what Alex didnât know is that my son use to work there, so we knew exactly who he was. I stay in the long line just to pull up to the front and request to speak with him. All of the young employees where just floating around in shock and acting completely confused when I came to the window⌠all while he hid behind the pop machine (which wasnât a good hiding spot because I still saw him) he didnât come out from hiding until I announced that I could see him. He then went to explaining how his employee asked me if my order was done .. but at that time like I told him .. I didnât care about the order mishap. I wanted to know why he felt it was okay to disrespect me and call me a name, when I was not rude or confrontational with my younger daughter in the car.. I also wanted to know what kind of example he thought he was setting for his staff .. I demanded an apology which he gave .. sitting there looking scared⌠this McDonaldâs needs new management!! How can you lead and manage a team where you lack integrity and respect yourself.. ALEX needs a new job, he no longer can handle the pressure of long lines and Order mishaps. I got a Carmal iced coffee...someone forgot to add the coffee. I swear all I could taste was creamed water...had I not had pressing things to do, I would have returned it. I will definitely make sure I taste before I go next time.
5.22.2024 took the kids after school, too hot to cook...anyway an error on a drink. The gentleman at the pick up window said, keep the error, let us get y I u the correct one, with a big smile on his face. He was just so polite and gets what service is. The young lady that remade the drink apologized for the error, as she made the correction. Excellent service snd staffteam work.
10.2.2024 I called back to the store after arriving home because the QP was not in the bag. The person I spoke to told me to mention her name to get a replacement. Drove back up to get it. Got to the first window, manager Kayla done the receipt for the QP next window, no one was there..I thought this is odd. After a couple of minutes Manager Kayla appeared and handed me the bag. Get back home, give the QP to my grandson. It's ice cold !! I'm quite sure it was the same sandwich that was left out of the bag 15 minutes prior. Totally unacceptable!! We go to this store at least once a week, today not one familiar face. And by the way. Not one person that I seen had a smile. Very unusual for this store. Everyone is familiar, normally smiling and very friendly. Geeze I hope this group is temporary or become more personable, if not we won't go...
   Read moreNEW REVIEW Oct 2nd 2023 Google isnât letting me post another. Yâall Iâm allergic to onions. When I order only ketchup and yâall STILL put onions on 1 and two have them clearly scraped off because itâs all over the outside and a few inside.
I canât have onions without getting sick as Iâm mildly allergic. And I live 23 mins away so I didnât even know yâall messed it up until then. Yeah my bad for not checking sooner but it was rush hour and yâall canât be skipping steps. People have food allergies. Thankfully it isnât life threatening for me but please be more conscious as I cant eat these and I canât be the only one with food problems that comes through there.

Okay, I know everyone there is young possibly new etc⌠but when yâall charge people for a double cheeseburger you canât just put two slices of cheese. Like itâs missing a whole patty, and I paid the higher price for these. (And I see the wrapper saying Double Cheeseburger Only KetchupâŚ. And yâall just put another slice of cheese on there and called it good.)
