Ordered a large mocha frappe with an extra shot of expresso. 25+ min later, I still did not have my proper drink! It was made, but def not properly. So I asked to have it remade. The girl was really sweet and explained she needed to add ice to the machine and to pull over to the parking spot & wait. I parked at 11:00am. She brought a new drink around 11:08. It was in a small cup. 🤔 again, I ordered a large mocha frappe with an extra shot of expresso. She had me taste it. It was terrible. So she said, they need to change the machine. Then I reminded her it was a large. SIXTEEN minutes later, I'm still waiting! Smh. I decided to just get a refund & go elsewhere. I went inside to get my refund & a guy (who I'm assuming was the manager) let me know they were still changing the machine. I thanked him, but declined & said I just wanted a refund since I had already been waiting for so long. He looked at the 2 cups I brought in. And asked if it were a medium. I said, no, it was a large with an extra shot of expresso. He did the refund, but the price was incorrect. I was charged 5.40 and he refunded me $4.55. I didn't realize until I had already left. I tried to call, but their number isn't working. Hopefully, I can get this corrected. I will update once I hear back. Overall, they were friendly I could tell they were irritated with me. However, if I get the same product every time I frequent a McDonald's and have never had an issue with it, I'm not paying for a product that is incorrect. Plus the wait time and incorrect size and refund. I will not be back to this location.
Update: I forgot to mention I had asked for a receipt, but was told they couldn't print one. And after reading a few reviews apparently that's common at this location. And they also charge you for things but don't give you. The fact that he refunded me less than what I paid follows this thought others have had. I will...
Read more3 times wrong sandwich delivered to me via drive through. While waiting 14 minutes, seen 2 others taking their orders back inside.my guess they got an incorrect order also. Finally asked for my money back.
4.24.2024 so I took a big chance and stopped here this morning. I ordered a bacon egg biscuit without cheese and a coffee. the person rang it up as a sausage egg biscuit sub bacon. she neglected to add "no cheese". When I received the sandwich, I checked it and told the girl at the window, this is supposed to be without cheese. Her reply "she rang it up" I said, excuse me, I don't care how she rang it up, it is supposed to be without cheese. So, what does she do, goes over to review the receipt. and repeated herself. I listened and said to her again, I don't care what she rung up, it isn't supposed to have cheese. As she turned around towards me, she said, pull forward and I will bring it out to you. I done just that. Within 2 minutes, she comes to my car window, kind of drops the bag in through the window, sarcastically says "have a good day". I checked the sandwich, I was not happy with what I seen at all!! the top of the biscuit was off and bent in the middle, the egg was extremely thin, like what was left on the grill as waste, with 1/2 of 1 piece of bacon, which appeared to be undercooked!! Really my fault for going back to that store. As of right this moment, I do not intend to ever go back to this store. Both sandwiches are out back by the woods for the...
Read moreI don't usually eat McDonald's but I went here because my sister wanted to get lunch. A woman in her 50-60s wearing a safety vest cashed me out. She knew she didn't have the proper change to give back and didn't say anything. She didn't even give me a receipt, so I asked for it and got an irritating eye roll and scowl from her. After I started to walk towards my table, I overheard the woman talk to her manager about how she didn't have change in the cash register. I immediately checked my hand and receipt and I found out that she didn't give me the right change back. I was very polite about asking for the penny she owed me and she gave me attitude over it. When she came back, she looked pissed when she put the penny on the counter. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. After we were done eating, my sister wasn't happy with the toy she got and asked one employee if she could swap it out for a different one. The one employee had no problem with it. As the employee was looking for a different toy, the old lady immediately came over and told us in a snippy manner that we weren't allowed to swap out the toys. It's confusing how one nice worker says it's ok and another worker with an attitude problem says no. Me and my sister both agreed that we didn't have a pleasant dining experience so we're not eating there anymore.
UPDATE: We ended up at another McDonald's and asked for a swap of toys. They ended up giving my sister a toy and told her to keep hers. So now my...
