The customer experience was abysmal. The cashier completely forgot our concrete, and we were 15 minutes away before we realized the mistake. We drove back, only to be told by the manager, via an employee, that they wouldn't compensate us. The manager didn't even have the decency to address us personally. The employee who spoke to us was kind, but the refusal to take responsibility was unacceptable. I told her I didn't want the concrete anymore and requested a refund, which she said she couldn't process before shutting the window.
We waited to speak with the manager, who finally arrived after about five minutes, during which they lost two other customers. The manager was rude and dismissive. I reiterated that I wanted a refund and would return the concrete. He took it back without hesitation.
There was no compensation for their error and inconvenience, no apology, and a blatant disregard for customer service. It's laughable that they would rather discard the concrete than rectify their mistake. This was our first visit to Freddy's, and it will certainly be our last. I'll make sure to share this dreadful...
Read moreI love their cheese curds. Lightly breaded and slightly salty cheese. I went in the very next day, to try the cheese curds again. I ordered 2, of the large size so I could bring some home to the girls to try. This time I was disappointed. They were first, very overcooked! So dark brown, the cheese had come out and was cooked onto the breading. Second, the size of the "large" were two, small cartons and not the ice big bag I had the day before. Clearly, it takes paying attention to the fry times, and when I pay for large orders, 2 days in a row, why do I get 2 different sizes?
Now, yesterday, the 28th of September, I stopped in for a burger. I ordered the double cheeseburger, fries and tea. The food was great.
I will go back when I return to Fort Smith. I like consistency and expect it. My husband was a training store manager for Carl Karcher Ent. He also was a new store opener who expected the best from his crews. I worked as secret shopper as a fun job. I loved watching and noting how a well run or not so well run store operated. The consistency of the food, how people...
Read moreI was door dashing two orders at around 6:30 last night. I waited over twenty minutes for those orders. One of the workers, she was doing a fantastic job going between drive through, front counter, and ice cream. She was fantastic and I she treated me so well. My issue is that one of the managers, she had red hair, was treating her workers very poorly. She also didn’t have her hair tied back in a pony tail or bun. She just attempted to stuff it in her hoodie, but it falling out of the sides, which seems like a health hazard. One of my orders was about to be ready, but that manager stormed over and threw away that order because it wasn’t labeled. Other than her nasty attitude towards her workers, the door dashing order was missing the onion rings and the cheese curds for...
