McDonald's — Restaurant in Van Buren

The manager of this place is the reason why i am putting such a low score. Me and my child had time to waste and we decided to stop in for a mid morning breakfast so the sandwich & the burritos were good, but my daughter has been craving this milkshake, and we ordered it when the manager comes out and snobbily states that they don't have that and she can get me something else, and I said, no.Can I just have a refund?And she repeated it back like i just insulted her asking for such. she rudely refunded my three dollars And some change back , telling the gentleman in front of me that she will be with him when she is done handling something, she puts the money in my hand , dropping the change on the floor. Yes she picked it up cause I was not going to when she could have nicely handed it to me in the first place. The little lady who brought us our food and helped us with a bag before leaving was absolutely a doll and she didnt deserve to be talked to the way the manager was talking to the staff. Just cause its fast food doesnt mean you need to forget your manners and common politeness.. maybe she was having a bad day, I really hope thats...

Do not eat here. It has a kid play zone, but at what cost... Everything was dirty. Tables, bathrooms, counters. Service was minimal. The napkin dispenser was out, so I had to ask for some and got a sigh, as if they were put out. We got deluxe burgers with no ketchup, so they made up for it by giving gobs of mayo that smelled and tasted like it was left out for several days (See pic). I don't get the picture of the other burger, and I should've, but I was mad at the time because it wasn't even fully cooked! When I took it to the counter and staff saw it, they backed away at first, as if it was contaminated. As a secondary thought, they asked if I wanted another. And risk getting more food poisoning? No, thank you! I left the half cooked burger on the counter. At that point, we threw away all food, including the fries. It wasn't worth the risk. On the way out, they asked if we wanted our money back. I said no because I didn't want to be there anymore. I feel like if we had walked out a different way, they wouldn't have even...

They just remodeled the store....and went from a really great layout that flowed even at busy times to the absolute dumbest, most confusing, jumbled freaking mess of folks you could imagine. They got really cool new kiosk type places for you to order for yourself, but the kiosks and the cash register area are poorly arranged and get super congested if more than 4 or 6 people in total are in that area. The kiosk let's you pay there at that station, but tells you to pick up this numbered tent marker thing-which does not match your order number-and their kiosk AND the tent marker say they will bring your food to your table...but they don't. They still stand at the counter and scream out your order number all-the-while you are peacefully sitting at your table, waiting on your food to be delivered-and at most listening for your tent marker thing.....just so stupid. Hated it.....AND the cash register chick got rude as heck when we didn't know to pick our order...
