Absolutely the worst bar experience I have ever had. My group came to this bar post wedding for the wedding party and close friends for the after party. When I walked into the bar I was really hopeful because there was a great atmosphere and plenty of pool tables for us all to enjoy. I spent 7 minutes flagging down the bartender to order our drink, and then waited 15 minutes for Dominique to pour them. I thought maybe she was catching up on her orders so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. It got to the point that I requested two rounds at a time so that we could have our shots within a reasonable time. She poured our first round, charged me for both rounds and that then made us wait for 40 minutes to pour us our next round, and then cut us off before we got the second round. Fundamentally if her excuse was that she didn't want to over serve us then she should have cut us off before taking our order.
Instead we were charged for our order and then bound to the property so that we could not accept bad service and move on to...
Read moreI come here all the time. It is a chill place for the most part with good drinks and better food. Most of the bartenders and servers are extremely nice except for a select few who I believe are not good at doing there jobs because I always have to ask them to get my order, they never come up like you’re supposed to and take it down. I even have had some of the bartenders talk down to me while in my presence. I like to play pool there but they DESPERATELY need to invest in new tables. All of them are broken and the balls get stuck in the table all the time. Then the server has to go out of their way to unlock it which I’m sure can be a drag. The fact that it cost 6 dollars an hour to play pool on crappy tables is insane. And make sure you tell the server in advance that the tables are broken or else the bartenders and an old man in a auto pubs shirt will tell on you and make them close it. Even though you have no problem paying. Even though the table was already open. It’s a chill place but just be warned of the environment if...
Read moreWent there for breakfast with my parents, I ordered a water and my parents got the same. The girl that was serving us took one look at me and asked to see my id. I do not drink alcohol especially in public and never for breakfast. The look she gave me was not based on any professional reasoning but seemed to indicate that something about my appearance bothered her enough to single me out. My parents were not asked to provide their ID just me. We went to Black Bear Diner and had a wonderful experience. I looked at the menu before me and my family was thrown out. I usually have lunch at certain places by ordering a good amount of food and don't mind paying more for quality food. However this experience made me reconsider ever going back there again. Ask Rally 5 of fort collins CO they started their business right when Covid hit. They gave me great customer service, even the owner personally came put to thank me for keeping them afloat because I kept going back there. So if anyone asks I will steer them away from...
