I am very disappointed in how Dutch Bros is now handling themselves and their customers. They opened a brand new location by the Vancouver Mall in WA state and my husband and now myself have had two incidences with unprofessional staff. This is the exact opposite of what Dutch Bros is supposed to be about. The new location does not have a direct website for me to leave a review or direct phone number to leave a message with the manager about what I experienced today, so I called the main line number. I spoke with a customer service rep, Sam, I told her about my experience and while she stated my feedback was appreciated and that it would be passed onto the correct management, there was no effort to get my name, phone number, etc to try and rectify the situation after they had addressed the situation with staff. I know most have good experiences here and that used to be myself and my family, but I wonât continue to support a business that allows rude and unprofessional behavior to occur. I did not leave feeling anything other than satisfied. The first girl (wish I wouldâve caught her name) who took my order outside was helpful and helped me choose a coffee I enjoyed. She was nothing less than helpful, friendly, and welcoming. As I approached the window I had the pleasure of chatting with Bethany. She welcomed me to the area, and asked about my travel. The moment she offered me my coffee and had me taste it, she stated it would be on them today. So humbled by this, I felt an immediate smile on my face. If I could, I would give more then 5 stars.    Read moreI usually love this location and the staff is always great, but thereâs one employee who consistently makes the experience uncomfortable. The girl with the star pimple patches is often rude and dismissive.
On my last visit, I ordered a drink with whipped cream, but it came without. When I asked about it, she gave me attitude and seemed irritated when I politely requested it be corrected. Even when I tried to thank her, she just glared at me. In the end, both of my drinks were wrong.
I understand that food service can be stressful, but there were only two people in line with three staff working, so it wasnât particularly busy.
