I so want to give this place more stars, all of the food was delicious and the staff were super nice, but there wasn't enough staff to handle being absolutely slammed between online and in-person orders on a Friday night! They called in an extra person but that wasn't enough to really get their groove on. My roommate and I arrived around 730 on Friday night after calling to confirm they had outdoor seating. This place is in a strip mall that's in a Wal-Mart parking lot, and the outdoor seating consisted of three distanced tables that didn't appear to have been cleaned or wiped down on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. Thankfully the design of the building has a sort of niche where these tables fit and have a small fence around them too, so it's not like you're just hanging out eating amongst the parked cars. Inside, this place looks very nice, and you can generally see them assembling your order at the counter. However, on this night, despite the line actually being pretty short (there was only one person ahead of us to order, and one behind us), it took quite a while to get to the front of the line. The restaurant accepts orders from Doordash and we counted 15 tickets up waiting to be filled, not including those of us in the restaurant. There were only two people on staff, one trying to fill orders as quick as possible while the other back and forth between the counter and trying to help out wherever he could in the kitchen. My roommate and I were pretty hungry, so we ordered a lot: both the chicken dumplings and the pork & veg dumplings, salad rolls with pork, the pork belly and the roasted pork chashu (sic), and meat pies. I also got a fountain drink and my roommate asked for water. We went outside to sit at a table while we waited for our order to be ready. The people ahead of us were waiting inside so we just waited until they left and watched the counter to start seeing things stack up before we went back in to collect. My fountain drink came out as soda water, they gave me another cup and lid to get a different drink. They just gave my roommate a bottle of water. All of our food tasted fantastic, but the majority of it was cold because it took so long for different dishes to get ready. Not counting for the temperature though, our favorites were the dumplings, and the chashu (sic) pork. The meat pies were especially delicious! Super flakey crust, but it could have used something to dip it in (like ketchup, but I might just be saying that because it's what I've had on Australian meat pies in the past). The salad rolls and pork belly were both surprisingly disappointing. The salad rolls were mostly noodles inside, and the first cup of peanut sauce they gave us was refrigerated/frozen solid. They gave us two more cups of sauce so we wouldn't have to share; it had an unexpected flavor to it that I was not digging. The pork belly was mediocre; while the fat was nicely crispy, the flavor just wasn't there. All that said, I really do want to come back here and hopefully time it right so they're a little bit better staffed (or less busy). One advantage of the slow service was that we heard they actually do hand make their dumplings in house, as they ran out for some of the orders after ours.

I passed by this restaurant while in the area and couldn't help but check it out due to the interesting name, especially since I'm just a fan of Asian food in general. It has become one of my favorites! Despite the small menu, they offer so many interesting choices from different Asian countries, fusing them well and in a very tasty manner. Everything I've tried has been great. I was so happy to see that they offer lechon (pork belly), and it's the best I've had in the area, very tender and spiced so well. I've had the pho and the wonton soup as well, and both were full of flavor. I haven't tried all their drinks yet, but their Thai iced tea tastes nice and is inexpensive, refreshing after a nice workout. Also, the service is really nice! Has a family feel for sure. I've talked with the head chef Alfred and he's super personable. While I was familiar with the menu in general due to experience with Asian food, he and the other employees are willing to explain what each of the menu choices are like. They've gotten people into their dumplings and are passionate about introducing Asian food to a wider audience. I'm happy to see that their restaurant is succeeding and hope that more people decide to give it a try.

I'm not going to waste a bunch of keystrokes on this review, due to being sadly disappointed in our experience. Let's just say we did not walk away HAPpy: Upsides: * Clean interior, nice layout. * Helpful digital menus with full color images of each entrée. * Thai Tea was awesome. * Employees were friendly, despite the slight language barrier. Downsides: * Bun Wraps say choice of protein, but I couldn't get a straight answer on what my choices were. I ended up with Char Sui pork, which was cold, bland and tasteless, and the buns tasted as if they'd absorbed some sort of cleaning product. I couldn't finish more than one of the three, even with a liberal application of hot sauce. * Shrimp shumai were alright, although they had a weird texture and felt slightly undercooked. My wife and I had been anticipating coming here for a while, but sadly, we'd be hard-pressed to come up with a compelling reason to return. Maybe it was just an off day, but the lingering, unpleasant taste of those buns will remain lodged in my brain far longer than they did on my tongue.

This place has been under new management or ownership than it was a few years ago. 1st when I called I was told the wait time would be 20min, I arrived about 30min after I called and the food still wasnt ready it took an additional 20min for the order. The guy that was there was messing stuff up a lot and you can tell the other staff member wasnt happy about it at all. He kept losing orders among other things. I could tell the 2 other customers weren't happy about their wait time either by their expressions as they were there before me. Once my stuff was ready the guy handed me my order thinking it was prepaid but i didnt pay for it and I told him this so I could pay and again you could tell this isnt the first time it happened because the other staff member was very upset with him about it. Im also pretty sure I was overcharged for what I got as well but I just wanted to get out go home and eat my food. The food quality has significantly dropped especially considering how expensive it was compared to a few years back. The pork belly wasnt too good in flavor, the jasmine rice I ordered had a large strange of hair in it, which I didnt notice until I was halfway through eating it as I was eating in the dark, the salad rolls were off putting to finish cause of how long they had been sitting in the restaurant and other sanitary reasons. When I woke up the next morning my body felt gross and sick without actually being sick thankfully. Before I wrote this I saw a review from someone 2 days ago saying the food made them sick and there were flies all over the place. Im not sure what happened to this place over the years but it has declined pretty harshly. More expensive, less flavor, less quantity, unsanitary, poor management, the menu got smaller and ratings have definitely dropped. I tried everything on the menu at this place a few years back and it was nothing like it is now and I loved coming here late at night when nothing else was open, I wont be coming back here again. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt before changing my review but after having sanitary issues with my food and seeing others recently experience the same that cant happen and there needs to be...

I had high hopes coming here after seeing the menu and was completely disappointed. I decided to order curbside pickup online, there were also the options of dine in and take out but I wanted curbside as it was an option. Upon ordering, the website supplied a tracker and let me know I would be notified when it was ready. Several minutes passed, I received no notification of any kind that my order was ready and it was getting late so I called. The lady was very rude and then proceeded to argue with me about what curbside pickup is, ultimately she demanded I come inside to get it instead of honoring their curbside pickup option. When I came in to get the order, she asked if I was the one who just called and when I said yes, she continued to argue with me about what curbside pickup means and insisted it meant I come in to get it, I told her I just wanted my food and she pushed my bag towards me still going on about how I just don’t understand what curbside is. I wasn’t in the mood to argue and went to make my way out when she stops me and informs me that she ran out of ingredients for my spring rolls so she only gave me one of what I ordered and put in a pork one to complete it. I do not like pork and said as much, she responded with “no more chicken” without offering any other solution. I feel she should have either refunded half or offered a different option upon arrival. To make matters worse, within 30 minutes of eating the food I became sick! An awful experience all around; truly terrible customer service, poor communication, and food that tastes good in the moment but will upset your stomach in less than 30 minutes. I will not return to this location or recommend it to...
