My experience was uncomfortable. I ordered and i have to repeat myself to the employee. The employee sounded like he was upset or having a bad day and rushing...i ordered #30 breakfast platter and he was like "what?" i said agian..and he said "what?" and i said louder #30 breakdast platter and he said " what kind! "there's bacon and sausage!" omg! I had 2 other family with me and i didn't want to get upset because they were hungry. I let eat go made sure i read the menu and told him twice what i wanted and same thing with my faimly..He had to repeat himself. I felt like my accent was sooo bad but i don't understand why this guy have about the same accent too but he really couldn't understand the first time. Right after we ordered, an older white couple ordered and his service was really good..he had patience with them didn't talk like that to them. I felt discriminated but i don't get it because he is brown too!. To make everything worse there's a sign for sitting time limit.."seating time 30 minutes".. This was such a bad visit and i wanted to make sure i share my experience so hopefully this employee could be taught give all customers a good service. I always enjoy the food but never had an experience so bad like that..such a bad customer service! I was there 12/23/18 at 3:36:25pm according to my reciept. Review your camera to capture this...

I went tonight and ordered a plethora of other food 35$ order

Mainly, I was frustrated with the milk tea, they charge 529 for one milk tea I bought two

When I got them, they were about half full of tea, and the rest was Ice, and it was not filled to the top

When I pointed this out to the employee, they told me that gave me the last of the tea. Then told me to go to another Jack-in-the-Box. Then shut the window in our face even though we had a question about the Churross that we ordered because they were not in separate boxes. He stood there for a good three or four minutes looking at us, and the other employee asked what was going on. He said we wouldn’t leave.

I went home and emptied out all the ice in to see how much tea I got. Basically I got one drink with no ice so I am unsure why I was charged for two when they should’ve just given me one.

It would’ve been really easy just to charge for one drink and fill it with Tea The and not have filled half with ice and not full rather than wcharge me for two drinks that cost over $10

And then called and asked to speak to a manager apparently there’s none on shift, so I’m calling...

This location is horrible! Everytime I go to this one they mess up my order or otherwise find some way to show how incompetent they are! Ie ordered a milkshake, pay for it and they don't tell me the machine is broken until I get up to the window where you can see the machine has a sign on it. So they offer to replace it with a iced coffee or refund, so I took the refund, well when the manager comes up to authorize the refund he asks me what the problem is! Like seriously dude? Communicate with your cashier that's standing right next to you! To top it off I get home and realized that the burger I got for my mom (who's allergic to pickles, and I asked for no pickles) had pickles on it! The wrapper even had the 'custom' sticker on it and the receipt said 'no pickle' I tried calling the store, no answer. Called the number on the receipt, it's a survey that gets you no where but more annoyed. The follow up customer service is terrible. The store itself is terrible. Really better off going...

This location was on W. Mill Plain Blvd., been here numerous times as we live just down the street. On this day, 7/21, I came up to the drive thru window & was greeted by a young man (cashier), he wasn't wearing a mask (per covid re-opening regulations for restaurants) & so was all the other crew inside the store from what I saw. I was wearing my mask & I asked him where his mask was & he said he has it & I requested that he put it on before he serves me. He did & he must've told the others as I noticed they too had put their masks on. This is a very critical step to protecting them as well as the customer & Management Must monitor these young crew members, educate them enough to emphasize the critical importance of the mask. Note that the drive up window was dirty & dusty. Cleanliness & constant sanitation needs to be a focus at this store.

Today's visit was spontaneous and was craving some mini churros. I also learned they had french toast sticks, then when you pull around in the drive thru, you get this Pumpkin spice coffee Ad. I hate pumpkin spice, but it's there for those who go nuts over the stuff. The dining room is still closed due to covid and the drive thru I believe is limited in hours vs 24hrs as before. The employee at the window was nice and smiled (you can see the cheek line raise above the mask) and had an overall great experience. Just know they don't make it until you order it, so don't expect things to go fast.
