Listen, I’m a Burger Man, and I have had Burgers from across the country now, this is the best Burger spot I’ve tasted in Washington! I had a bacon cheeseburger all the way minus mustard and pickles, I was droolin while I was eatin that beautifully messy burger; but hey, I kept that sumummabich together til about half 🤷🏾♂️😎. And I got my food quickly, mainly I believe, because of the outstanding service and attention-to-detail displayed by Kelly. She was THE most pleasant person I have experienced in years!! She seemed to care greatly that my Daughter and I had a great first experience with Five Guys. The food was outstanding, however she will be a huge reason I plan to return to your establishment. For God’s Sake, she read my Daughter like a book; My Daughter asked Kelly to choose what she would enjoy, since she can never make up her mind. Needless to say, Kelly helped put a huge smile on my Daughter’s face….that girl loved every bit of what she consumed. It is my hope that Kelly is treated with the courtesy and kindness she deserves inside the walls of Five Guys, because to do otherwise would be a complete disrespect to the caliber Woman I believe Kelly to be (I’m willing to never return to that particular site if I ever found out she was treated badly…I mean that). Read moreWent in on the evening of 5/6/23 with my son and boyfriend. Ordered 3 burgers & fries. Had a long wait, but we weren’t upset because it was busy. Received our food and all 3 burgers were completely wrong and not what we ordered. I went to the counter and explained the issue to an employee. He called for a manager, Jacob, to come speak with me. He did not look me in the eyes, just asked me what was wrong. I was showing him on the receipt & comparing the burgers to explain the issues. He acknowledged them but it seemed like he was trying to make me accept them. I continued to explain the issues and he very rudely replied “Fine, we’ll remake the whole order”. He then snatched the receipt away and turned away from me, walking away angrily. I went back to my seat to discuss the situation with my family and then returned to the counter. I asked for a refund, and explained that what had just occurred was extremely rude. I was refunded for the 3 burgers. I see that a lot of complains are listed online regarding this specific employee. Read moreI ordered for curbside pickup and tapped the "im here" button when I arrived. I got the confirmation that they would bring my food out to me. I waited in my car for 23 minutes before I decided to just walk in. I was greeted with the manager yelling at a new employee in front of at least 6 other customers. He asked for my name and told me to wait for a few minutes on my fries. After a few minutes, one of the girls there told him my order was curbside so he told me to go back to my car and they'll bring my food out. Was quick and easy after that. Food was great. I ordered curbside after a long day at work and had to walk inside the store covered in dog hair, which I didn't want to drag into the restaurant. I was trying to be courteous of others in this aspect only to find the manager berating an employee about everything he's done wrong while the manager is touching his apron and sleeves prior to grabbing fries without swapping gloves.
