I was born and raised in South Jersey, so I know good pizza, and Juliano's wasn't it. Their popularity is based upon the hefty about of toppings on the pizza, not about the quality. I've had one dining experience there, which will be my only, it was my girlfriend's birthday. We arrived at approximately 6pm on a Wednesday and were promptly sat, as there were only about 3 other tables occupied. When we asked if they did anything "special" for birthdays the server responded, "No, but sometimes people like to bring cakes in." Really? The menus had been placed under a plexiglass cover on the table, and they were rotated sideways making them difficult to read. We waited for over an hour for our order. We had asked a few minutes earlier where they order was and the server said that she had just checked. There was clear no communication between the kitchen--server---guest. This is a big no-no. The server was either overwhelmed for the limited business, or was undertrained. When I write these reviews they are based off years of traveling around the world and managing restaurants. There was no clear sign of any leadership present that evening. This was meant to be a birthday celebration, yet turned into anything but. The restaurant offered a discount which was appreciated, but it wasn't about the money, it was about the experience. We spent approximately 2 hours at Julianos, mostly waiting on our food.. I suggest saving your money and enjoying a better pie from Domino's. It will certainly be more affordable and worthwhile.

As a Local Google Guide, I can honestly say there is a GOOD reason why Juliano's holds such a high rate in Vancouver. Their pizza itself is absolutely delicious and fully deserving of 5/5! YUM!!! My suggestion? Upgrade to an Extra Large (it's worth it). Give it a try, friends! Anything you order will be delicious. My review more in-depth below. 5/5 - Key Points : ~ Their Staff is AMAZING. Straight up, hands down. They made my first pizza purchasing experience from them a wonderful interaction. A special shout out to the manager working during my experience, Steven. & Also to the awesome lady McKenzie who demonstrated courteous professionalism and always maintained great, cordial customer service. Thanks you guys. (I ordered the wrong pizza. Steven demonstrated great leadership by being able to identify with the problem I was experiencing right away, and furthermore helped me still have such a good experience. He is a great manager. McKenzie was such a good liaison, always professional and courteous. In the end I got what I was looking for [white sauce, chicken, bacon, artichoke hearts, garlic] and it was BOMB!) ~ This place has a total "Grateful Dead" vibe in tribute, automatic bada$$ery. Everybody in the building was adhering to masking-up, social distancing, sanitizing and of course maintaining all current regulations. I'm just happy to have found such a good pizza place close to home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND & will definitely be back! Thank you Juliano's!

I recently had a unique experience at Juliano's Pizzeria in Vancouver, WA that deserves a glowing review. We were really looking forward to their famous pizzas, but unfortunately, they were having some trouble with their pizza oven that night. Now, this could have easily turned into a disappointing evening, but the staff at Juliano's handled the situation like absolute pros! Even though they couldn't cook our pizza on-site, they were incredibly apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure we still had a great experience. They offered us a pizza to take home and bake ourselves, which was a fantastic solution. Throughout the whole ordeal, the staff remained friendly, professional, and truly concerned about our satisfaction. Despite the hiccup with the oven, we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual dinner. And the pizza? Delicious! Once we baked it at home, it was clear that Juliano's uses high-quality ingredients and puts care into their food. This experience really showed me what good customer service looks like. Juliano's Pizzeria turned a potential disaster into a memorable evening, and we will definitely be back!

Trying to be as fair as possible here. I ordered my pizza at 415 pm to have it ready by six pm since I understand good pies take time. I paid at 550 pm. Gal at the register said that it was just about ready...ok...I waited for until 615 to ask whats the eta....the same gal said...oh it just got "called out". I was 10 ft away and never heard ant such thing. She went to the table behind her and pulled it from the bottom shelf where there was 3 other pizzas sitting there. I call bs. I read the reviews and some said this place had the same problem. Ok...after waiting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes...I was looking at their number sticker billboard....I was disappointed to say the least. They had a hand written postcard using the term " anti-fa vantucky" ...which i inappropriate at best...it appears to me that the pizza had been sitting for more than "just called" .....Im not a fool...but ok...the pizza was not piping hot like just out of the oven....the pizza was soggy in the middle like it's been sitting for ahwile...the toppings were generous but the dough was lacking because of the untimely distribution....thats a fair review I guarantee....update....gave my review 4 weeks ago and it seems like it was not allowed to be posted...I would think Google wouldn't block the post. Or, the owner censored me. No response from the management. I'll go to...
