Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

My granddaughter and I went to your Fourth Plain location to grab dinner this evening excited for the new pretzel pizza we had seen on TV. Upon arrival there was no one at the front counter to greet us as we walked in. I could overhear two women having a heated argument about poor customer service and the potential of being fired if the other coworker continue to act with the same conduct.

I then had to make a cough-like noise before I was noticed by any of your staff. A woman with black shoulder-length hair came to take our order. She was very rude as we ordered our meal. My granddaughter then mentioned to me that she needed to use the restroom. I asked the girl if she could use the restroom and she rudely stated that they did not have any "public restrooms" available. I then asked her to make an exception my granddaughter is three. Your staff member then said to me verbatim "she can pee on the floor and then you can clean it up." I was completely appalled by the statement. I would have walked out at this point if I had not already purchased my granddaughter's pizza for the evening. Furthermore, as the cashier gathered our meal I had to ask if we would be receiving any sauce for our breadsticks and she rudley slammed a marinara sauce on top of my pizza boxes and said "yes marinara sauce". After leaving your establishment I noticed my cashier tonight was Jamie B and The Other Woman working this evening was Madison C. I am very upset with the way that me and my granddaughter were treated at your establishment by your staff. Both of these women were unprofessional offencive and had incredibly poor customer service. Up to and including private personal punishments being carried out in front of waiting customers. I will be letting all of my family and friends know of my experience with Little Caesars...

Ordered 2 crazy breads No Cheese extra Butter with 3 sauces and 1 cinnamon bite. Guy working was Rushing me and rude, when I wanted to order more. He didn't even wash his hands after handling money scratching his head and yawning constantly without covering his mouth in front of us customers.. he acted like us customers inconvenienced him.. very poor customer service and Rude!! Told me I had to wait 10 minutes then put my stuff on the counter and when I went out of my way to ask for a bag to carry it in he Breathe hard and said we don't have any. I asked if I could have my three crazy sauces for my bread he said I only get two I'll charge you extra for the third one I said I ordered three to begin with when you were rushing me. He got pretty crappy with me so I simply asked who was the manager of this store? He said Jamie why? Now that I'm home their line is constantly busy like it's off the hook can't get through by calling my bread is plain no butter no nothing I'm just so disappointed and tired of dealing with people that feel that Society owes them something, when in fact we work for our money to pay them for a job and get...

My husband called in an order tonight at 6:03. When he arrived to pick it up they told him he had called the wrong location and they didn't have his order. When he showed them his phone and the number he called the person couldn't tell him if it was the right number or not. He called and their number started ringing. They continued to blame him for their mistake. He didn't care he just wanted the pizzas he had ordered. He replaced the order in the store and waited. 30 minutes later and the order still hadn't been complete. He went back up to check on his order and they had lost it for the 2nd time. The new person, not the original person who took his order, was rude and didn't believe him that he had ordered and already paid. He pointed out the staff person who had taken his order and she confirmed that he had, so they placed the order yet again. When he got home over an hour from the time he first went into the store, they had given him the wrong pizzas. Worst customer service we have ever experienced.
