Well... I wasnt aware of how long getting a drink takes. I was in there with about 5 other people/ couples. It took me about 25 minutes to look at the menu and order on my phone, so i paid attention how it took 10-20 minutes for ppl to get their drinks. The biggest orders were 2 drinks. After 30 minutes of ordering, i patiently walk up and ask if they received my 1 item order? They hadn't started working on it. I could understand if there was 1 person working and this was a restaurant, but there are atleast 5 people at all times using machines. Very simple i would imagine... because I'm watching them do it and hang out, but the issue seems to be their whole prep setup is unorganized. I'm sitting at the very front table, 4 ft from the counter, and they call me a man's name which is the beginning letters of my name. They are all staring at me. Funny because they asked my name to check the status of my order. my name is pretty simple. My name is a noun that every single person ever has said atleast once in their life. I then state my name and ask if they are calling me? She grins and pushes my drink to the side. Is that a yes it's for me? Everyone in the room was staring and felt bad. Read moreSuper bummed about 2 things. Is the inability to do call in orders, they told me that’s corporate rules. The wait time being 20+ minutes and the inaccuracy of the mobile order time frame.
I put in my mobile order at 12:13 and the time said it would be available by 12:30 and now I’ve been standing in here waiting and it’s 12:41. Now I don’t personally blame anyone, but I do hold the company responsible for the lack of machines accessible to the staff. There should be a better system than this.
As someone who has worked in this type of industry I know the importance of system and functionality. The set up inside is designed for 1 person every now and then, but is completely flawed once a line is generated, then throw in the mobile orders and the wait time becomes more than excessive.
The staff was very kind, hard working, and in my mind deserve to be treated better. There is not enough machines and not enough people for all they have to do.
To Nektar as a corporation, please find a solution if you care about your people. Because they are the only reason I even gave this...
Read more7/6/2022 11:26am Cashier: Arina Highly Not Recommended First time here and I have to say I am very un impressed with the service, and due to the horrible service the drink did not taste all that great either.
As soon as we walked through the door, no one was at the register. All 3 girls were in the back doing other things ignoring us in the front for 10 full minutes and when someone else came in thats when one of the girls came out and serviced them before us.
Very unprofessional how you girls put others above others. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone else to come here unless you want to be treated like you are very unimportant.
From all of my 12+ years of customer service, assistant management training and food service, the employees reflect upon the Management/Owner of the establishment which in my opinion needs a lot of work in making sure that people come before things.
If I was going to spend $18 on 2 drinks and recieve this kind of service, I would rather make my own...
