My family and I absolutely love Mod! I've only had a couple times out of the hundreds that ide had any issue and those times weren't with the pizza or them, it was the delivery service that messed up. Regardless if the mistakes wasnt they're fault, MOD has always immediately made it right and have always gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They've stayed open late to remake my pizza twice before, they've refunded me and still remade my pizza and then even toss in extra free no name cake or 2. The store across from Fred Myers near Mill Plain, forget the road it's on, but they have the most uplifting positive energy vibes in there. Every employee genuinely seems happy to be there, I've never been to any pizza joint with a happier crew 😊. If I'm in a crappy mood trying to get my kid a late dinner after being at work since 7am and it's like 10:50pm, I seriously leave there with a bomb pizza and a smile everytime just with how they talk to me and make me feel welcomed, appreciated and cared for. Sounds cheezy but I i cant thank them enough for how helpful they've been for me and my son who come in like once a week. I honestly will order a MOD pizza just because im having a bad day, cus I know they'll share theyre positive energy and lift my spirits up within seconds of walking into theyre store. I can come home smiling w a delicious 🍕 pizza and in a good mood for my kid. Oh and they have the best affordable prices for pizza thats made right, over a fire with fresh...
Read moreLET'S START WITH ... I LOVE MOD!!! NORMALLY. There was only one person in line ahead of me, And two employees making pizza and one person on the oven. I was not greeted at all, I didn't hear a greeting extended until 3 parties came in behind myself. A party of four, a older couple and a woman and child. I requested a salad and cheesy bread, dressing on side and extra cheese on bread. I was then told to go to register. I was unable to see my bread being prepared because of this. When we get home, there was VERY LITTLE cheese on bread and lots of air pockets in those areas, as well as, we received half filled to go cups with ceasar dressing... NOT enough for 2 people we even and had to purchase dressing at store. Lastly, the party of four behind us was given their 4 pizzas before my bread even came up. How does that happen? I came there for the convenience and was instead in the opposite position. This is the second time I've been unhappy at this location. Thought the first time was a one off kinda day. Did I mention... the counters and floors and prep areas were a mess!!! I...
Read moreWent in to get a pizza for my son for his birthday and while waiting in line noticed one of the staff that was preparing the pizzas on the line was barely wearing his mask resting on his bottom lip. I watched as every time he talked and moved through his work, his entire mouth was exposed. My son is immunocompromised and autistic and 4yo so can’t receive a vaccine, although this point shouldn’t matter as we’re still in the middle of a pandemic and this man is breathing on and preparing food for the public. When I got up to the staff member that was preparing the crusts, I asked her if there was someone else other than the man not wearing his mask properly that could make my pizza. She turned to him and asked him to pull his mask up properly and he looked me straight in the eye, deadpan, and barely lifted his mask over his top lip. His actions are not only completely rude and disrespectful, but all-out irresponsible. I left without ordering a pizza, won’t be back, and will be telling my friends and family about this terrible experience so they can protect themselves from this...
