Orange Julius — Restaurant in Vancouver

2 teenage girls were obviously left alone with no manager present. They made a mistake of my order which tasted spoiled and then admitted to not using enough banana and when I asked them to remake it for me they said it would be a waste of product. Both girls were around 5’10 one with bleach blonde hair and one with dark coily hair with medium tan skin both had button noses with no name tag present Obviously if a manager was there it would’ve been taken care of. It’s a shame that they were left to handle the store on their own as teenagers and obviously do not have the acquired skills to handle customer service...

I enjoy the drinks, but I'm getting sick of my coupons not working here. I was supposed to get a $0.99 orange julius for signing up for their "fan club," but because the cashier didn't have it in her system, she just gave me $1 off (definitely not equivalent to the coupon). This is not the first time they were unable to honor a coupon. They can't scan anything, so when electronic coupons started making an appearance (like the one I had today), those couldn't be used either. This is the only OJ in my area. It really sucks that this location is given nothing to...

My sister and I went here to get a smoothie. We ended up getting the extra large, however, when we got our drink, the cup wasn’t even filled fully, so we were scammed out of our money. To add on, our drink was warm, and the way we were being treated by the person making the drink and I assume, the owner, was rude. She was blunt, didn’t ask how we were, and overall they looked like they didn’t want to be there. I found that other people are having the same issue in other reviews. I do not recommend coming...
